I have been cheated by this company.We had a contract that they will do all kind of servicing of my laptop twice a month.So as decided i agreed.According to their terms and conditions i have to pay full AMC for the whole year on the first day of servicing.It was my fault that i agreed and showed faith on them.To my surprise they never came for any kind of servicing.Called them several number of times but got no response.All my money got wasted.They show no signs of professionalism.Its my request to all those who are reading my feedback dont believe in them as they can dupe youn at any moment.Now comes the most intresting part ,just got a call from them that to renew the AMC.When i told my concern and asked them to reund the money,the lady over the phone casually said that the management was in bad hands at point of time so it cannot be refunded.What she can do is to assure good service and for that i have to pay AMC again.So its my request to all please dont fall into the trap.THANK YOU
