Sean Smith made my first home buying experience so easy. Helped me find the perfect home and helped negotiate the perfect offer. He was even always available to answer the million different questions that I had about the process. Would recommend anybody and everybody to use Sean when buying a home.

MJ Frazier messed up paperwork which caused so much delay in our closing date. We had to keep extending it numerous times. He even had the audacity to tell us to keep paying every day towards the sellers mortgage every day the home isn t closed so we can extend it out until it did. He harassed our realtor and our loan company because of his mistake. He caused my wife so much emotional distress because of this... The sellers decided to back out causing us ( the buyers) to lose our edm ( deposit ) money($4800) simply all because of his mistake. We re out almost 5k because of this!!! 5k!!!!

Ben Heisler is a professionally unethical agent who kept up a running dialogue with my agent all weekend and specifically stated that I had the highest bid and also clearly stated that the deadline for submitting contracts to the sellers was 8:00 pm Sunday night. He assured my agent he would be honest with us, which he wasn t. I initially offered 20K, then upped it 5K more and was expecting either a yes or no to my offer. If the honest answer had been no that would have been the usual kind of upset or disappointment one can expect and can deal with in life. When my agent called me at 8:22 and told me he had received a call from Heisler and that 3K more was demanded by the sellers and that then the contract would work and the contingency on the sale of my house would be accepted with the additional money we were ecstatic since I agreed to the additional money.
But then with a blatant lack of a moral code and integrity, he went back on his word. The contingency was never an issue and even now I see it listed as Contingent. What I suspect happened is that Ben, after apparently accepting my contract, used it to entice another buyer to up their bid. Or was unethical in failing to tell anyone else that might have submitted via phone call later that night that my contract had already been accepted verbally. Either way, the actions, while not illegal, were certainly unethical. And certainly caused us personal distress. Don t take advantage of honest people who take you at your word. That is just plain wrong. A man and his reputation is only as good as his word.

Literally the realtors working for them dont know what they are doing... Raise expectations of sellers unreasonably high and home stays in market for months. Just to make more money. Too much greed!

We recently closed on a home with our agent, Zach Gregor, as our representative. It was truly a flawless experience for us from start to finish. My wife and I started with one set of parameters, that led us all over both suburban and rural areas. Zach arranged our showings without a hitch and was always punctual. By the end of our search, we had completely changed what we were looking for, and Zach adapted with us. He did thorough research on all of the properties we looked into, to make sure it met our criteria, and filtered out the rest. He was very professional, and represented us well in front of all the sellers we made contact with. We could not have found our home without him, and we HIGHLY recommend anyone who has the opportunity to work with him to do so. He has become one of our trusted confidants in the real estate industry!

Always a pleasure working with Pearson Smith Realty, specially with David Speed (he is our main point of contact). We did provide quite a few cleaning services for Pearson, always without an issue. Highly organized and responsive. Talked so many times to David over the phone in the last couple of years, never even met the guy. Keep up the great work guys!!

Jill Moskal and Dana Elam helped us sell our home and we couldn't have been happier with both of them. Jill helped us buy that house and we knew we wanted her to help us sell it when the time came. Thank you to both agents for all your help. If you are looking for quick, responsive, and professional agents, then I would highly recommend Jill and Dana!

Had a terrible experience working with this company. We had an offer on our house from them and one of their clients and after agreeing to previous terms they asked for more money after the inspection brining up no new additional problems. Would never recommend using this company especially Christie Pekala who we directly worked with. They completely wasted our time and took our house off the market for no reason.

Two months back I applied for an apartment through one of their agents named Mauricio Lujan. I paid $65 application fee. I never got any receipt from the realty and after almost a week when I did not get any response from them, I wrote back to the agent and he replied "your application was not approved and the landlord decided to move with another person! " I got shocked. No explanation, no legit credit report. They just took my money and fooled me. A few days later I realized it was a fake listisng. The whole application process was a fraud! My money is gone! Think twice before you apply with them or their agents and sharing your personal infos.
