Once again the St Cloud Surgery Center staff have provided excellent care during my surgery. They made me feel like a person not a number!

My experience pre and post surgery as well as time at the St Cloud Surgical Center exceeded all my expectations. I was impressed by the compassion and concern of all staff and felt
that my safety and well-being during these pandemic times were of utmost importance. Staff were courteous and friendly and my comfort and care were their focus. The culture of SCSC is exceptional and I would highly recommend this to anyone requiring same day surgery.

Myself, plus my husbands 2nd surgery (other shoulder) was performed by Dr. Matthew Hwang (St Cloud Orthopedics) at the St Cloud Surgical Center. I would ONLY recommend Dr Hwang and his assistant, Andrea Bobis to anyone with shoulder issues. The St Cloud Surgical Center is staffed with incredible professionals, giving A+ care before, during and after a procedure! They re quick to call with instructions, answer questions, or just follow up. I ve never experienced such sincere, friendly professionalism in my life. I m thankful and grateful for all that have cared for me, and my husband. Don t go anywhere else, the trip to St Cloud is worth it! I stayed at the American Inn in Sartell during my husbands surgery, even a discount was given because of the relationship with the St Cloud Surgical Center!

Knee surgery recently was performed at the surgical center. Excellent care with a caring staff. Top notch facility too.

My son was in for a tonsillectomy and adenoid removal. The care team at St. Cloud Surgical Center was very caring and attentive to our needs both before and after surgery. The yellow carnation given on our way out was an extra special delight.

St. Cloud Surgical Center exceeded my expectations from arrival to departure. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I felt very safe with all the safety measures they employ during the pandemic. My surgeon and anesthesia team were top notch, and I couldn t imagine a better surgical experience. I feel much better than I could have ever hoped postoperatively. Thank you to everyone who cared for me today!

Dropped husband off to check in, parked car and came in to find out plan for discharge. Was immediately told I couldn't be in the lobby with him and that "Someone will call you". Rude staff...no compassion..no help. Website says patients can have one person accompany them, but be prepared to drop your loved one off on the curb. Will choose to go somewhere else next time.

They were very reassuring and answered any questions. Very professional and concerned about you as a person. They called the day after surgery to see how I was doing.

The admissions lady very rude. They put me in recovery side phase 2 to wait for my surgery and get me ready and charged me for the preparation side tell me oh we are over booked

The surgical team was knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable.
