I just signed for two years and I m stuck! Research the professionalism of the company before you move in! I have had no heat for days, extra fees added my first month. Ugh! I feel like this will not be a good experience unless a miracle happens.
I dropped off a rental application & paid the required fee. I called many times afterwards to receive an update on its processing & to see if the house I applied for was available for viewing. Several times being told I'd get a call back or their line would ring with no voicemail pick-up. My calls were never returned, either. One time, I was informed that my file was on a supervisors desk so they couldn't look to tell me if my application was ever processed. I do not recommend them. You may get the "run around" like I did and treated unfairly.

I have close friend who was denied an opportunity to rent without reason. I believe its a racial issue otherwise they would give reason. Wouldnt be surprised if there is a discrimination claim being processed. If anyone else experiences this should also file a. Discrimination claim. Its unprofessional and unacceptable.
Iv been renting from them for almost four years and its been a wonderful experience.
I don't know why but the picture shown is not the company it's two buildings over. As for professionalism, I had an amazing experience with them just today. You have to make an appointment to see them because they are out trying to work on their properties because of tenants not taking proper care of them. Unfortunately all damage cannot be seen with the naked eye and if there is an issue that they didn't see they do their utmost best to try and mediate it as soon as possible once it is reported.
Im impressed with the properties and the office staff which are very friendly and professional. However, I am concerned about my application being denied without any stated reason.
