I dropped off a rental application & paid the required fee. I called many times afterwards to receive an update on its processing & to see if the house I applied for was available for viewing. Several times being told I'd get a call back or their line would ring with no voicemail pick-up. My calls were never returned, either. One time, I was informed that my file was on a supervisors desk so they couldn't look to tell me if my application was ever processed. I do not recommend them. You may get the "run around" like I did and treated unfairly.
