They told my wife to reschedule for being 7 minutes late. It took 22 min on hold to make the appointment on the phone. The picture of the waiting room is as were were walking out this morning - empty. And the reason she was late? She was throwing up this morning, because she's SICK. Dr. Krishnan has been great, the staff, not so much. Looking for another practice now...
I would give it zero but that's not an option. I went here to manage my ibs when I first moved to Colorado. I went thru their blood tests and endoscopy, they said yes I have ibs but the medication I had been taking was no longer available, gave me NOTHING else to help at all. Come to find out, either the Dr doesn't know his meds or he just lied, he literally said it as he walked out of the room. So I have been suffering for 2 years because I trusted the Dr and didn't argue. Now I'm contacting my lawyer, 2 years of pain and suffering is way too long when you could have helped me!!
Very unhappy with this office. I had an endoscopy, was the last pt of the day and dr patel ran out the door while I was still groggy. I'm looking for a different group! Don't go there if you're sick, they don't care.
I have been trying to call this office for 2 days now to reschedule an appointment. I've left FOUR different messages asking for someone to call me back, no one ever does. I've called multiple times a day and everytime it goes to voice-mail stating that "all operators are busy". Not sure how a doctors office can successfully operate like this when you cant even get ahold of anyone.
The Dr explained everything in detail and calmed my nerves.
Dr. Robert "Chris" Harman is an Angel: I experienced a somewhat botched ERCP (one of the endoscopic procedures) from another Doctor. I ended up in the emergency room in pretty severe pain. When Dr Harman was called in, he was forced to perform another ERCP, but did it right - I got immediate pain relief, my pancreatitis went down, I got a complete (and this time safe) biopsy that was determinate resulting in a plan to move forward with an urgent chemo prophylactic treatment, followed by surgery. Chris got all that rolling, hooking me up with the right doctors in the bargain. Chris' is a calming, very patient and "with you" personality. And he's not at all patronizing or a "company man". And all the while he just exudes a sort of calming confidence backed up with clear, lucid explanations.
"I'm gonna cure you, Phillip." were his exact words.

The staff is very patient and kind. They went over my procedure with me multiple times and gave me all the info I needed for post-op and for the rest of my life.
They never answer their phones. To schedule an appt you have to practically go into the office.
The whole staff made sure I was comfortable and they took good care of me.
Everyone was very nice and attentive. The waiting area is a bit small and doesn't provide much privacy when you're checking, but overall it is a very nice facility. The procedure was painless and I appreciate that they called to check on me the next day.
Honestly surprised at some of these reviews. I have been extremely sick for the past year and made an appointment here, met with one of the nurses and she's awesome! She has really helped me figure out whats wrong, and I've been here multiple times, and had multiple procedures done with these doctors and all of them are great. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and the doctors and nurses really do care about their patients.
Dr Harmon is very personable and knowledgeable .I trust him , he has a great reputation .
Dr Pinto is the best most personable Dr there is. He is always there if you need him or have questions. Most other Dr. should take lessons from him ! I am most grateful to him because I probably wouldn?t be writing this if it wasn?t for his help. MT
Was referred here from the hospital to get a scope done. Been calling and left several voice messages even after waiting almost 3 day's for someone just to return my call just to set up a dang appointment. Even their voicemail says they may take up to 48 hours to return your call. What kind of practice are you running here? Been in severe pain and just want to get some answers and they clearly don't know how to run a business very .Can't answer the phone or return calls then I surely will find somewhere else that will.

Horrible place, I paid $200 for a very important immigration examination. The doctor didn t do any work all he did was send me to get drug test and was judgemental. I came out negative and after I was honest about trying marijuana TWICE he added on the notes section that i have a history of marijuana use which has caused a delay on my immigration status. Horrible lying doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Rose since April 2016. I am very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. I've never had anything to complain about with him or his staff. I've moved out of COS, but will continue to have Dr. Rose follow me with my concerns.
Being very ill with diverticulitis, and continuously calling the medical office and requesting a call back...I never got a call back. The follow up is terrible/ I personally went to the office and was told there was a cancellation for that day but they would need to check with the NP as she was in with a patient, I decided I did not want to wait for 1 hour to find out if I could be seen that day, I requested a call to let me know if I could be seen. I NEVER got a call back and decided to drive back to the office in case that time was available. The time WAS available and I had been scheduled, but had I not driven back out to the office, I would have missed that important appointment. I guess the MA and the front desk people don't have access to the phone system.
I was happy at first, now it has been a total pain trying to reschedule an appt. I was called ONCE to reschedule it because the Dr. was not available on my original appt date. I tried calling them back 6-7 times, never received an answer, never got a call back only to find out they just decided to CANCEL the appt. altogether. I am in need of refilling my medication and upon finally reaching the Dr. she said I had to go in, well maybe you should tell your assistant to ANSWER the phone or RETURN my phone call.
Setting up the appt was easy, day of appt wait time was minimum, Dr K is a great listener, personable, and a very knowledgeable doctor! Discussed options, we decided on a plan walked me to scheduling to make sure it was set up correctly!you can t go wrong picking Dr K as your doc!
Very impressed with how quickly I was able to be seen and scheduled for procedures. Everyone was very professional and I was able to feel calm throughout everything. I look forward to working with my Dr to find solutions.
Dr Harmon went above and beyond all expectation by preforming multiple procedures, all on very short notice, to find the source of my problem. And he has a wonderful bedside manner!

I have been with this practice for a little over 3 months and my doctor has changed my life!
My doctor just keeps sending me to do the same nuculear medicine testing when there are other tests to test my gallbladder. I've been suffering with this condition for over a year. I keep doing test, taking medicine, wasting money on doctors that just send me to the next. My doctor said he would talk to the surgeon about my gallbladder. Never happened. I see a surgeon AGAIN tomorrow to hopefully tell me that they will actually help me now that I'm to a point I cant take it anymore. Not to mention they are supposed to call after an ER visit like that. I was in the ER FRIDAY NIGHT. It is now Tuesday and still no call from them. Even though my mom has both faxed and called them. I'm done giving all my hard earned money to money hungry doctors that cant even help their patients. I dont make $40+ like some of you doctors do so how about help people like you are supposed to!
The Procedure was one of THAT is needed.
I was relaxed and at ease. THE Staff are fantastic. The Dr.s are Calming and I HOPE I I need not see them again professionally I will KNOW I will be there reated properly.

Best Gastroenteritis Around
I have seen several Gastroenteritis and Dr. Krishnan is the 1st one to make a real difference in my life. He listened to my problems, ran the appropriate tests and developed a treatment plan that really works.
Although my issues are atypical Dr. Krishnan has been able to help reduce my symptoms and provide a treatment plan that has reduced my symptoms to so more than manageable level and has prevented future issues.
From day one, I have been treated very well. Dr. Henderson is AMAZING! I'm so much better today than the past 3 years. She helped me better myself without needing the intense surgery my primary doctor wanted to do. I've never had to be there more than an hr. I've been there several times. Thank you guys for taking good care of me!
This establishment is horrible for a multitude of reasons.... its hard to get a hold of anyone and they don't return messages... the drs bed side manners are deplorable....
It is impossible to reach anyone there and they never return phone calls. Doctor Lee is great but the staff is beyond horrible. There literally is no way to talk to a person.
Doctor James Rose is awesome. He was able to explain the diagnosis. However, the billing office will double charge you for pathology (one through Peak Gastroenterology and one through GI Pathology for the same service). So just be aware. They are also very slow at returning phone calls.
I feel very lucky to have found Peak Gastroenterology. The medication that I have been prescribed by Dr. Pinto is effective for my diagnosis and I really like how he explains the answers to all of my questions. I have been going to this office for about twelve years and have alway felt comfortable there.
Dr. Douglas Nguyen has been so ambitious in treating my husband's IBD. We've been struggling deeply with GI diseases for over 15years and he is the first GI specialist to really bring clarity. We are younger and deeply value having a doctor in our age group and who is very versed in the use of the UC Health apps and makes it easier for us to interact with the office and his doctor. This disease has been a long and often difficult struggle but we are grateful to finally feel like we are on the same team as our specialist.
Horrible service and experience. I would wait an hour (every visit) for 4 minutes of Dr. Harmon s time. He didn t listen to a word out of my mouth. I m almost relieved he couldn t make a diagnosis because I would be terrified to receive treatment from such a shady place.

So sad to make this review. Normally, I would skip on making such a poor review, hoping that it was a one time occurrence. Unfortunately, this experience really damaged me and I do feel the need to let others know. I had a procedure in the hospital that was performed by Dr. Krishnan. I had a follow up appointment with his office and arrived exactly 7 minutes late, I was refused care and told to reschedule. I understand being late is problematic however, I was in pain and my husband had to take off work to drive me. I needed to follow up on the hospital procedure to understand my next step(s) and was refused care.
If you need to talk to someone else because one lady is special you just getting transfered around the office guess to the news I will go how was it ok to tell me all his information at the hospital but I can not even schedule him a follow up appointment for real I ain't asking for any information this is crazy it is ok I will figure it out makes no since you could tell me any and everything then but can't let me make an appointment come on now that is bananas!!!
This place is not a good place to go. Staff is rude and lies about the care. I walked in for appointment and i asked front office who lady was who walked in with serious attitude. Front desk advised she was the "office manager" i was in discust. I wanted to walk out, but took me month to even get a call back to schedule. I highly recommend before you go there see what else is out there for your care. Patient care is not good. You will ALWAYS be scheduled for a procedure, whether needed or not.I will NOT recommend Peak Gastro to anyone, you shouldnt either
I've been seeing Zahra Harrison for two years now and I have never had a bad experience. She is one of the most care and competent health care providers I've ever had. Mrs. Harrison follows the method of care where she starts with the least invasive and lowest dose and then slowly moves forward. After really taking time to listen to your experiences, she will work with you on finding the best treatment for you, not just giving you a prescription and leaving you hopeing she heard you like many doctors these days.
The support staff is also exceptional. With as many reminder calls as you may need, a couple days before and the day before, the staff makes sure you have what you need to have a successful treatment experience.
The office excepts Medicaid and Medicare, and charges reasonable rates otherwise as well.
All and all I give them an A+
January of 2018 I was in Memorial Hospital and Dr. Bulware recommended that I see Dr. Sidhu and I was retaining fluid. She took a scope down my throat and I was in bad shape. She did what needed to be done, I stopped bleeding and took me off blood thinners and aspirin. She followed up every day to make sure she didn't need to go back in and cauterize the bleeding. I highly recommend her to anyone and I think she can fix just about anything.
Don't come here for service unless you can pay your bill in full each and every time!! The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude also! They must not realize they're dealing with sick people!

I was referred here by my oncologist because he insisted I see a specialist. I tried calling for an appointment for three weeks and my messages were never returned so I was very surprised to receive a text from them yesterday informing me of an appointment today!

Zari is my favorite person to speak to. If I need her help it is there. If I have a question, she has an answer. I am very comfortable talking to her.
I love my doc she is great! She is ordering the tests I need to figure out whst is going on with me. Finally found out and now she's ordering a test to see the extent of the damage and to find out why its happening. Had I not come to Colorado I would not have known. So greatful for her and they get my in quick for appointments. Haven't had a problem yet!

Completely dispassionate to elderly patients. Called to reschedule a procedure because my 78 year old husband was not physically up to having his procedure as scheduled. Cost for the unavoidable delay in procedure... $250! This isn't a 20, 30, 50 year old who is able to power through this is a 78 year old who, like many elderly patients, does not always know 48 hours before that he is not going to be able to endure a procedure. No offer of "let me check", no offer to see what could be done. No understanding or consideration just "sorry that's our policy".
Elderly patients have to have different considerations given that day to day health may vary dramatically and our medical professionals have become more concerned with the bottom line than the patients.
It doesn't cost them anything to reschedule a simple outpatient procedure but impacting an elderly person with a bill for $250 is exactly the kind of thing that puts burdens on patients who may not have the financial resources to afford such a fine.
I've been coming here for my appointments for almost three years and I've never had a bad experience. The team of lady's here are so kind and caring. And they always go above and beyond for their patients. Keep up the excellent work.
Doctor Rose is so kind. He listens to you and explains everything. I had a procedure done on the first floor. The staff were wonderful. Constantly checking on me, making sure that I was warm and comfortable. As each person came in from staff to nurse to the anesthesia doctor they all had smiles and explained what was going on. It was a stress free environment. The next day someone called to make sure that I was doing ok. Could not have asked for more.
I find Dr. Harrison to be very personable, engaging and caring. I feel very comfortable I am good hands.

And one time with Douglas Nguyen MD, he F D my Throat up, spitting blood and non of the other time have that happened to me.. I really don t care if I use you for payments. Because it will not happen. People save your money and go to the best MD named vivaik Tyagi and he has made me feel so much better it s incredible. It s worth the trip . Sorry but this place is very Unprofessional, instead of rescheduling so we can talk about it after the results but instead he sent me a letter and that was it. Felt so well cared for at all levels. From receptionist, medical assistant, nurse practitioner, billing, scheduling, lab and scope...in all aspects I was treated with respect, felt valued and important. My experience with Peak Gastro has been significantly different than most of the reviews I'm reading on Google. I've been going to Peak Gastro now for almost two years and have been seen and treated by both Dr. Rose and Dr. Harmon, both, who in my opinion, are excellent, compassionate doctors. I've had numerous gi issues and multiple abdominal surgeries over the past year and a half. I've never had a problem making an appointment nor have I ever been treated poorly by any of the office staff, medical assistants or doctors, everyone has been exceedingly professional, respectful and understanding. If I had to give ONE criticism of Peak Gastro it would be that their medical assistants are extremely lax in calling people back and that can be exceedingly frustrating...especially when you don't feel well.
How many receptionists do you guys have....1? I have been calling for 3 days ad no-one ever answers the phone nor have I been called back. I possibly have a serious issue and cant get in to see anyone. This is who i was referred to? Great, I can see where this is going by reading the other comments
DIdn't listen to my history or ask any helpful, clarifying questions. This practice is an endoscopy/colonoscopy factory, that's all. He told me to take a med I had already very distinctly explained had been tried for almost two months with no result except making me extremely ill and thus having to be discontinued. He clearly didn't hear a word I said (and clearly wasn't listening, either). Other than learning that the inside of my stomach is indeed very sore, this visit served no purpose. No answers, as usual. I was also surprised by how painful the outcome was -- I couldn't just start eating as they implied, and I was in a. lot of pain all day. I tried to reach their office according to their instructions on the discharge form, but was quite literally impossible to reach anyone. I'm sure he is a well-credentialed doctor, but the whole process feels like a scam to me.
Substandard care i got doctor Patel. He refused to be a decent person or doctor towards me. His medical practices put me in the hospital and when I tried calling them they ignored me. Don't go here they don't care about you, they do care about their wallet sizes. RUN BAD DOCTOR'S
An interesting business model they have in that they choose never to call a potential patient back. I called 6...yes....6 times....different times and different days....and yet no one answers their phones. Then one gets shunted to a voice mail where I left my contact info and asked them to call me....and as before, and as of yet...no one ever returned my call. I called my PCP, and got another referral to their competitor across town, which, interestingly, had their phones answered promptly so I scheduled an appointment.
Front desk prompt and friendly. Taken back at appointment time (I despise offices that ask you to come early - then take you in for your appointment late). Dr Pinto spoke plainly and ensured I understood what he was saying, he also answered all questions without a fuss.
I have been very happy with Jamie Thompson. She is very thorough and doed an excellent jov of charting. Most doctor's forget what I've said in past appointments, but Jamie remembers!
Dr. Harmon and his staff are excellent. The care I have received is fantastic. Above and beyond in my opinion. I would recommend Dr. Harmon and his staff to anyone who asks.

I feel I am in the best hands for my healthcare with Dr. Z. He is empathetic, caring and takes all the time needed to listen to you, understand your concerns and reassure you, without rushing or feeling pressured by time concerns. When you are a patient, trust in your doctor is a major issue. With Dr. Z , my trust on him, his knowledge, wisdom and professionalism puts my trust on him at 100%!!
This was my first visit here and I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. My experience was pleasant and everyone was very helpful and nice. Dr Pinto and I had a great conversation about my health concerns and I felt like he listened with empathy and wasn't rushed like some other health care centers.
The scheduling process for both of my appointments was a joke. The people I dealt with were nice, however, they did not know what they were doing. Not only did the scheduler put me in for the wrong location, but she never sent any notification to the hospital that I was scheduled at, so I was not on the hospital's schedule. When I called back, someone else rescheduled me for different times & when I asked to complain, the person I complained to said that the original times were still available & she would call the hospital herself to verify this. I have yet to see a doctor, but based on first impressions, I am not impressed.

Working with Zahra was like sitting with a friend. She made sure the procedure she had worked. Then she suggested a certain pillow to use to keep the hemorrhoids from coming back.
Wish I had read these reviews first, would not have wasted my time and now I have to pay a significant bill for absolutely nothing but an 8 minute conversation to which I was told to schedule another procedure. If you like automatic procedures definitely go to this place, it's all they have to offer.
Dr. Harmon is great. He answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. He ordered all the appropriate tests. He figured out my wifes problem that was a cardiac problem instead GI related. She needed open heart surgery. One of the better doctors I have dealt with. I would send my family to him. Staff was very good also. I woukd highly recomend Dr. Harmon to all my family friends.
