The scheduling process for both of my appointments...

The scheduling process for both of my appointments was a joke. The people I dealt with were nice, however, they did not know what they were doing. Not only did the scheduler put me in for the wrong location, but she never sent any notification to the hospital that I was scheduled at, so I was not on the hospital's schedule. When I called back, someone else rescheduled me for different times & when I asked to complain, the person I complained to said that the original times were still available & she would call the hospital herself to verify this. I have yet to see a doctor, but based on first impressions, I am not impressed.
