Cannot make an appointment after trying many hours...

Cannot make an appointment after trying many hours a day for months to get through. Don't bother leaving a message because you won't get a call back. Wouldn't know about the doctors because can't even make an appointment but I'd hate to think what it would be like since this place seems not to care about the patients.
