Joel and Libby were awesome! Despite the nasty weather we had great conversation and they were well versed and answered all of my questions. I now will have faster internet speed and I also received free installation as well as HBO MAX. I am already a cable customer so the bundle will also save me money. I am very satisfied with the service I received!
Chase explained everything well. Made sure I had all of my questions answered and left me happy with my switch to att. Definitely thankful he stopped by. Trustworthy guy

WOW! Same exact scenario as pat finn only this occurred within the last few days and it was Jessica. I thought it was an accidental hang up and waited 15 mins for a return call, then reached out to them directly only to be re-routed to a 'black hole'. Second attempt to call back went to a lame voicemail. I didn't bother leaving a message. The lack of follow up and accessibility made me question the professionalism of the organization. An unnecessary headache, I'd rather avoid.
Ian came by and did a fantastic job with our TV s, internet and alarm system. Save us a lot of money. Would highly recommend him to review your existing carrier.
These guys really know what they're doing, they were in and out in less than 2 hours, and they cleaned after themselves which is always nice. My installer Andre was very polite, he did a great job.
At&t Ryan is just an all around awesome person. Super knowledgeable, professional, and not weird at all! As far as strange men showing up at your house out of the blue I'd give our interaction a 10 out of 10!
So my husband and I have been loyal Xfinity customers for over a year, but it's been a hard road, fraught with the many tears of my offspring. We knew our internet was slow, but they told us we had the fastest available and so we grew accustomed to "the wait".. We weren't excited about it, but we put up with it. My poor 10 year old son (an avid gamer) was the only one with a clue that something was still very wrong with our current internet speed. He would complain w/actual tears that our slow internet killed his Roblox character. . . so ofcourse being the mom that I am, probably traumatized him further telling him that he'll get better with practice and that the internet never killed anybody. :/ Unbeknownst to me, I was wrong.lol
So thank goodness when Ryan showed up at our house! Naturally I, at first, approached the door with caution as most homeowners do when strangers are at their door.. He was extremely polite, and adorned fully in nearly mascot level At&t regalia. But it was through the shared shock and apall, after he encouraged me to run an internet speed test via google, that really brought us together. Apparently, our numbers were record-shatteringly, jaw drppingly low. Worse than I'd ever imagined and Ryan, courteously admitted, he had ever seen. Thankfully, Ryan got to work right away, righting our comcastic wrongs. I must say there are some new features At&t offers that I'm super excited abou! At&t Smart Home being one in particular. With 3 school age children, our interwebs portal is a revolving door. Having a tool that controls Wifi access is exactly what this mama needs in her life!

I am a former employee of the company and had an amazing time working with the crew and team members. My team leader, Derick, did an outstanding job of keeping the team motivated and in a positive attitude. He explained the position well and gave 110 out in the field every day, making myself and the other new bees want to follow and chase his example that much more.
Over all decent company, great environment to grow, personable people. And what made the entire experience as good as it was for me, my team leader.

Tyler is legitimately the first cold-call sales person we have instantly liked & let into our home in years. His warm demeanor & knowledge conveyed instant trustability & he got us a great deal! We would not be switching to AT&T if it weren t for him. Many sales reps have visited before only to be sent away immediately.

I ve worked with Peak for 10 years now and to this date I love my job! People ask me all the time what I love about it: the team! Working with excited, competitive people.
DO NOT PURCHASE AT&T FROM OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
Peak Enterprises goes door-to-door selling AT&T services and making FALSE promises (that AT&T can not and will not fulfill) to get customers to sign up. I was "sold" 50MB internet with Choice DirectTV for $95/month (including) taxes and that I would receive at $200 gift card for signing up. I was happy with my current internet, but $95/month was $10 less/per month, so I signed up.
Upon installation day, I was informed that 50MB internet is not even available in my area, but that I would have the pay the same rate for AT&T 24 internet. In addition, I was later informed by AT&T that I would not be receiving a gift card and that my bill would actually be $115/month (not including taxes).
To make matters worse, the Peak Enterprise sales person who signed me up (who promised to be there with me every step of the way) has been dodging my calls when I have been asking for help.
Chase Ryan and Quin was really nice and professional. So good I invited them inside and fed them. They even offered me a job. Thanks guys. Maybe I'll see you soon. Good customer service as well. Very respectful. Nice guys too. Very Confident in their products. Had all of the answers to my questions and didn't make me feel bad about Comcast. But made sure I felt great about what I was getting. Nice guys! Thanks Chase for the TV !!!!!!!!!!!
I recently got AT&T services installed at my house November 4th (this year). I just wanted to take a second and say thank you and show my appreciation because of how well the customer service was and also how great the product is. from the moment Tyler the sales rep came to my door, till the moment the tech installed the services, I've been nothing but impressed. everything was done very professionally and genuinely. if you're thinking about doing business with this company, my recommendation is that you should!

My experience with Zachary was very pleasant, Zachary was helpful smart and very product knowledgeable. He did an amazing job showing me how to work the equipment and manage my apps.

Ian stopped by and took care of ALL of our issues (internet/cellphones/cable/security), answered ALL our questions (very patiently) and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars per year, all of which while giving us UPGRADES to what we currently have! Highly recommend!
