Our company was a vendor that provided turnover cleaning for the company. We provided the services in August and have not been paid and we have been reaching out to the company and no answer. It s ridiculous to the point that more money will have to be paid out because we re getting our attorney involved now.

My daughter works for one of the apartments managed by this company. She has been working 9am to 10 pm and today 9 am - 4 am getting apartments ready for new residents. Mind you she was hired as a leasing consultant but doing handyman work- painting and retouching apartments. No professionals hired to do this work.... office crew is doing the work.... Because someone up above thought it would be a good idea.

I have reached out twice in the past month and have now sent in a 3rd inquiry. If this is what they call a speedy response, I hate to see what a slow one is. I also have been having issues with my apartment management ever since Peak Management took over. Responses are very slow if they happen, and they have done some shady things regarding re-leasing. Really wish they had better communication

Peak Campus is one of the best companies to work for if you are looking to grow in Student Housing. Their attention to personal and professional development is beyond any other company I've experienced. They invest in their people & offer opportunity for upward mobility. At a company where their main mindset is "People Matter Most" this is something that truly shines through. I hope to grow with Peak for many more years & encourage others who are looking for a job that develops, challenges, & recognizes their employees to apply. You won't regret it!

First of all, this has to be the most unresponsive company I've ever encountered. My boyfriend and I have called them multiple times a day over the past week and they have not answered at all. My boyfriend moved out of his apartment last year and was falsely charged for a reletting fee. After communicating with the staff, they told him IN WRITING that they were in the wrong and that he did not owe them money. However, his "debt" was sent to collections and they refuse to cancel his "debt" with the collections company. Like I said, we can't even get ahold of a company representative to resolve this issue. It's affecting his credit score and his ability to apply for apartments. It's infuriating and very unprofessional. I'm truly appalled at the lack of communication and organization this company has.

For anyone considering living at a Peak property, I highly recommend you do so. You will have an unmatched living experience in your apartment, the community, and with management. For anyone considering working for the company, I also highly recommend you join the family. Any position within Peak is a great resume builder and you may find that they could be your forever employer. They have your success in mind and provide countless opportunities for growth.
I have lived at a Peak Campus property for two years and have also worked for the company. I have nothing but positive things to say about Peak and its well-maintained properties. After completing 3 interviews for a Leasing Manager position at a new development I could see that Peak cares about putting the right people in the right positions; they were also very considerate of their candidates wants in an employer and job. It was the right fit for my personal and professional goals as it is for many other associates I have been privileged to connect with.
With properties across the nation, I was delighted to see how many modern resources are provided to network with other Peak associates, and was most surprised that Bob, the CEO, knows people by name. His passion for people is contagious yielding happy employees. As a result, we see an overall positive environment to work in and a community that residents love to live in. People drive what they (we) do. The mind set "People Matter Most" is very apparent from the moment you tour a property to the time that you move-out.
I am proud to be part of a company that focuses on providing a quality experience for their customers, and am thankful to work with a fun, creative, and fast-paced team.

They literally NEVER answer the phone. I am about to drive up there myself. This place should not be in charge of managing complexes when they cannot even manage to answer the phone.

Peak Campus is an amazing company to work for. I have been with the organization for over 8 months and in that short amount of time I have made connections that are sure to last a lifetime. The companies principle motto is that "People Matter Most" and this is one of those rare instances where they actually believe it and follow through with it.

I highly recommend working for this company as much as I do living at any of the properties that Peak Campus manages. Whether it be their employees, their residents, or their partners, the people at Peak Campus really do strive to ensure that the end result is a positive experience.

There's a reason why the company has such tenured employees, people want to stick around because they are truly happy and inspired by their work. I'm happy to add to that statistic as well :)

Caring about customers/residents as actual humans : 1/5

Lived in their newly managed apartments in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Post COVID I had asked for 1-3 day extension post move-out date due to problems I was having. Was even offering to pay for the 1-3 day extension. Not only did they say no, but they threatened to fine me 3 months rent if I was a day late on my move-out. As a recent MBA graduate I understand turnover, and I understand my lease contract. What I don't understand is how a business dealing with peoples livelihood's cannot offer someone a 24 hour extension (even to pay for it), specially when we are just coming off a national pandemic. I have reached out to the companies CEO, CFO, and director of strategies. Would hope if not for me they make a positive change for their future residents. How about we treat people like people and not numbers when it comes to their housing/living needs.
