Lived in their newly managed apartments in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Post COVID I had asked for 1-3 day extension post move-out date due to problems I was having. Was even offering to pay for the 1-3 day extension. Not only did they say no, but they threatened to fine me 3 months rent if I was a day late on my move-out. As a recent MBA graduate I understand turnover, and I understand my lease contract. What I don't understand is how a business dealing with peoples livelihood's cannot offer someone a 24 hour extension (even to pay for it), specially when we are just coming off a national pandemic. I have reached out to the companies CEO, CFO, and director of strategies. Would hope if not for me they make a positive change for their future residents. How about we treat people like people and not numbers when it comes to their housing/living needs.
