First of all, this has to be the most unresponsive company I've ever encountered. My boyfriend and I have called them multiple times a day over the past week and they have not answered at all. My boyfriend moved out of his apartment last year and was falsely charged for a reletting fee. After communicating with the staff, they told him IN WRITING that they were in the wrong and that he did not owe them money. However, his "debt" was sent to collections and they refuse to cancel his "debt" with the collections company. Like I said, we can't even get ahold of a company representative to resolve this issue. It's affecting his credit score and his ability to apply for apartments. It's infuriating and very unprofessional. I'm truly appalled at the lack of communication and organization this company has.
