Very fast and friendly service. Easy in and out even with a trailer on

This was my favorite. Store until last month there was MAJOR changes in the Store for worse. The phone is never answered if they do they place you on hold and never get to talk to someone there's no parts available the old staff used to communicate with their customers using their cell phone now the new Store policy is Nobody can use their personal cell to help us. I ordered a filter LF3970 THEY don't have it something as simple as that even Autozone carries it smh . If a company makes changes they should be done for better not to make everybody's life miserable.

This is the worst dealership to try to get someone on the phone about parts and then they asked if you want to be on the call back list and they never return your call and when they finnally pick up they hang up on you customer service the worst hands down. I hate I even on a Freightliner now you can t even get anyone on the phone to even see if they have the part.

Drove to the store and they were closed. So there new store hours for parts is from 7:30a to 6:00p. You would only now this if you called (called after I arrived). Their website states 9:00p and their door hours states 9:00p. This is bad customer service. Why can't they at least update the door hours? It's not difficult to type your new store hours, print it on one whole sheet of paper and use a few pieces of tape to post it in the window.

Aaron at the parts department is one of the most helpful people I ever deal with. He truelly cares for his customers.

To be honest I m fairly new at this ordering parts but all and I mean all employees have made it as it is easy. They re helpful and attentive also flexible to helping you out. Amazing service!!!!! Thank you!

They are so ignorant never return phone calls or answering phones calls and the service hours is not true.

Terrible customer service,almost impossible to reach to service department by phone. Not recommended.
