We enjoyed our time at the museum. The experience was very informative and some great interactive activities for the kids. I really enjoyed the dinosaurs and Fossils exhibit and the process of an actual person cleaning excavated Fossils for future exhibit. I also loved the gems and minerals hall. I loved looking at how the rocks looked like before making them into gems for jewelry. Awesome rocks. I was disappointed some of the exhibits were closed due to Covid. I would recommend this place for your family.

Yet another amazing Dallas museum, one that I was admittedly excited to visit beforehand so I already had a positive bias going in. That being said, I was not disappointed at all by the museum. Particular highlights include the fossil exhibits, live viewing of fossil restoration, bird exhibit, interactive tornado simulator, interactive plasma simulator and the texas regional exhibits. The museum was very clean, masks are required as of August 2021 (a rule which is enforced with security/police) walkways are spacious, restrooms are clean and have contact-free doorhandles, and entering with prepaid tickets just requires scanning the code on your phone. Very impressive architecture both inside and outside of the museum, with several great views of the Dallas skyline available throughout the museum. The curators ought to be very proud, this museum is very well-kept and the exhibits are educational, easy to read/understand and interesting, will be coming back here for sure.

We came for Thursday night beer at Perot and it was AWESOME.

Food trucks, lots of beer, live music, oh, and one of the coolest museums I've ever had the pleasure of visiting!!! We arrived a little late, so did not get to see the whole museum or even half of it, but hey that's okay, will see the rest on another visit!

Just get your but to this museum and it's worth EVERY PENNY!!!

We enjoyed our visit to the Perot museum today. Everyone was required to wear masks and schedule a tour time in order to space everybody apart. My favorite area was the geology section because they had so many beautiful minerals and rocks on display. Many, perhaps 60% of the interactive displays were not working, so couldn t be used. Also, the tiny section on Texas Instruments was in need of a revamping. There s many interesting things that could have been included which people would have found interesting. Also, I really thought the human body display could have been done better - there were only three cross-sections, and we had to read a separate laminated sheet to pin point the body parts.

Overall, we enjoyed our visit, but they do have plenty of room for improvement. It took about 2 hours to see the exhibits.

Had no option but to come here last minute. About 30 minutes before closing. Decided to quickly peruse through. I absolutely love it! So much interesting facts to learn and see. I will absolutely be back and spend a whole day here.
Checking in was easy. They accept city pass!

Such a fun and interactive museum we spent close to 2 and a 1/2 hours here between going through all 5 floors and the gift shop. They make you wearing mask throughout the whole building which was a bit annoying. Overall though we had a great experience with all the exhibits. Some of them were closed due to the covid pandemic that started in 2019.
The gift shop was fairly priced for a gift shop of a museum the parking was only $10 plentiful in the parking lot across the street
