PCC wellness center in division street never seem to pick up the phone. When I call they always wait until someone leaves a message and if they fell like it they give me a call back in 48 hours which never happen about 3 times.I had to call back myself again just to schedule an appointment.
I must admit I'm dealing with a lot right now and it doesn't help to get someone whom appear to not care when you would think that they should . customer service plays a big part in a person mood to just show you care and I didn't get that yesterday but I must say after I told the about their rudeness they cleared up the way they came off I guess some people forget that it doesn't hurt to be nice and understanding. I love my doctor tho .

They referred my son to this place
They have options in Spanish and when the one who answered very annoyed said that no one spoke Spanish.
And I see that they answer the comments in Spanish.
So I spoke with the social worker and my son's school and I am going to file a report with my lawyer .. for discrimination of not speaking English.

Front desk is definitely rude. Slow service, set an appointment at 3 it's almost 5 and no doctor. When the doctor do show up she's guessing about what's going on.
If I could give 0 stars, I most certainly would. The front desk staff is always having a bad day, they speak in such a rushed, cold manner its impossible to reach a person over the phone, this is just all bad. called for over an hour back to back for an appt that was already scheduled with no answer.
is friendly and alway willing you help. The Doctors are friendly and easy to talk to.
Front desk scheduling is the worst!! They kept me on hold for 20 min then hung up. I called back to complain ( I kept calling back relentlessly) and they kept putting me on hold for over 10 minutes before hanging up on me. Then lady gave me an attitude when I did get a hold of someone.... she had the nerve to tell me that the patients in the clinic are more important than patients on the phone - Then hangs up on me again!! Hang up on a patients? I'm sure that is neglect and against the law some how. You are a medical facility not a jammed pack downtown night club picking and choosing who you let in!! Retrain your front desk and scheduling coordinators on patient service! They lost my business switching doctors and medical group forever.
Anybody thats looking for a nice and respectful place that takes their time to care for your child, this isn t the place for you. Place is rude and just rushed like this isn t the job they re meant to do. I will not be bringing my son back here. Close this place.
