I love this location, but a service rep by the name of Rosie, her attitude and customer service can be very poor at times (both over the phone and in person). She tried to tell me (In the Summer heat) to go sit in my car(with a newborn) due to the COVID rules (that was never informed until we arrived) until our appointment time. The other ladies/gents that work the front desk to the medical assistants and doctors are amazing & Very professional! I highly recommend this location. They remember faces and names.
