No support. No help with the questions and no responsibility. Don't expect anything from Payoneer. It's another just MONEYSUCKING company. PLEASE AVOID THEM!!! It's better to save your time and money and of course your good mood!!! I hope my reference will become helpful for someone else
Do NOT use this service! I'm about to lose my apartment and am going on my second day with no food, because I tried to change bank accounts and Payoneer is using that as an excuse to withhold my money.
This company has some growing to do. I have several issues with them. 1. I lost my card, and they charge 12.95 for a replacement!! 2. Their online account site is awful. After you login, they give you several series of pictures to pick the right ones. The pictures are small and hard to see. It takes me forever to login. And if you get the wrong password 3 times, you are locked out. I can't remember when I was able to login.
As a company Payoneer has definitely proved its untrustworthy during the events happened in June 2020. Once your money stays within this website, it's frozen after you woke up next day, and totally without any protection, any guarantee to take the money back. They're thieves, they are robbers. This is the voice from one of the millions victims, that from all over the world.
I haven't receive my withdraw for 2 weeks!!!! I tried many times to try to contact them, but no response except system auto response. Even I waited for hours for live chat, at the end, it told me "no agents available to chat with you right now.". I can't believe such horrible service happened in a famous global payment brand. I am afraid that I wouldn't use Payoneer for my coming business.
I just hate payoneer policy to cancel the account. Shame on you, that's scamming. So many blocks and barriers. Easy to get in, hours to get out!
I have being using payoneer for 11 years .It's our only way to send and receive local money as paypal is send only money to sri lanka ,We do freelancing ,ebay,amazon ,local payments ,forex, youtubing like so many things using payoneer as the payment gateway
