We worked with Ben about two years ago to buy our house. As first time home buyers we really did not have any understanding of what to expect. Ben and his team were amazing during the whole process. They took their time and explained things when necessary. Our home had multiple offers and Ben worked to make sure ours got accepted. The rates were just as good as the big banks but we got great one on one service. We actually refinanced 6 months after buying our house because we qualified for a lower rate.

I started out by contacting an agent in one of these older more established companies. I was eagerly accepted as a client that is of course until I started asking questions. I was sent a form to sign that documented my assent to dual agency without a discussion. When I started asking questions, I was told I wasn t a good fit. That s when I contacted Ben. How does this sound: he took care of every detail, got the house ready for sale, and sold it 2 weeks after he listed it at a price above asking with only one buyer making an offer? I think this was possible because he didn t leave any detail to chance. He worked on the house, fixed everything that needed fixing to ensure a clean inspection report. He understood the property and made sure every potential buyer understood the appeal of the house. He spent time getting to know each buyer and their needs and was able to find the right buyer whose needs were met by the house. He put energy, effort and enthusiasm into his work. His team is also great. I had only very pleasant interactions with everyone. I don t think I would have received this level of care and attention in one of these older agencies. The services Ben offers is high value. The fact that I didn t have to worry about a thing was priceless. If you are considering a real-estate transaction, I would choose Ben and his team.
