We had a great experience we BC Kitchen & Bath. The whole staff was easy to work with. Bin did the design, Cassidy is a great support person and Michael the installer was amazing. We found the quality of the cabinets better than anything we had seen in our price range. We are very satisfied with the finished project.
I ordered a whole houseful of cabinets for my house with 3 bathroom sinks, and 1 kitchen sink. The delivery for one set of cabinets was really discolored and I had to insist the cabinets be changed. A couple of years later a bathroom sink detached itself from the granite top . The owner, Bin said it wasn't her fault that it collapsed and it was the fault of the installer. She had sent the installer the first time and is now charging me $150 to re-install the collapsed sink saying it wasn't her fault.
Evidently she and her company do not stand by the labor and it is BUYER BEWARE for any customer.
BC kitchen is awesome, working with them was an absolute delight. My husband and I desperately needed to remodel our kitchen, and they were able to provide a quote & layout within the a day of giving them dimensions. They also came out to our house for a free measurement, and we were able to pick up the cabinet within the week from their warehouse in St. Rose. We would highly recommend them to any one looking for cabinets.
Our experience with BC was wonderful from start to finish. We have a small kitchen and every inch counts. They were very patient with our many last minute changes and the installation was fantastic. All for a very reasonable cost. We definitely recommend using BC.
I had the worst experience I ever had in purchasing something. I visit BC Kitchen and saw the nice cabinets . The guy came out and measure my kitchen and bathrooms . I was given one price for my order , I went in the office to purchase the cabinets and the price were increased by 1500 dollars more. I paid for the cabinets thinking I was going get all that was reviewed in my order. When my contactor picked up my cabinets and put them together it was a another disaster. The cabinets was mixed match and a mess, my order had been changed and I was given what was left in the warehouse. You would have though I would have gotten a phone call to inform me that the cabinets I ordered and pay for was not in stock and see if i wanted to change it to something else. NO , i was just given what they wanted to give me. Nobody had time to talk to me when I call to complain about the mess. The owner came out and saw what a mess i had in my home, all the wrong measurement and cabinets changed out without my knowledge. I had to wait at lease 4 weeks to get the correct cabinets. They sent a guy out to replace the cabinets , he didn't offer to put the knots back on the cabinets or any thing extra , which should have been done with no problem, considering the long wait for the cabinets and wrong cabinets given to me. My person had to come back and fix what should have been done. A BIG Inconvenience for me. These people over charged me and try to change the prices on the cabinets to keep from giving me my money . Bad business. I would never use them again.

The staff at BC Kitchen and Bath is both professional and reliable. I have had several homes with installation of kitchen and bath. Bin and Ming are top notch owners who take pride in their business. The installers are also professional and do a great job of installation and removing all debris upon completion of the installation. I highly recommend BC Kitchen and Bath for your new or remodeled home.
