Good service to have when needing to pay a utility bill urgently. However i can't tell you how many times it has hung up on me after I've spent ten minutes entering all my details. Then to have to turn around and do it all over again in the hopes it works. Please fix this issue, it's been happening for years now. The cost to use the services is a little hefty, however convenient when needed. Thanks

The phone system cant register a tone correctly. When trying to make a payment it puts down the wrong number.
They charge a hefty service fee for clients' website transactions
Such a huge waste of time. The automated system is so deeply layered in disclaimers it takes 20 min to pay a bill. Very frustrating. Your gonna lose the fee cause my time is worth way more. Simplify it you guys !!! They wont even post contact info. Had to find them here. Dolts !
