Poor management, poor training, a lot of us really struggled with the calls, they don t have real good system, the systems they use was made for dental offices so it was just problems left and right!!! Also If your internet isn t at least 100gb download & 50gb upload it would cause terrible cisco bloops, RNA s phone failure!!!

Passport Health Plan is amazing!!! The one time I did have to call about a prescription the young lady with customer service was absolutely amazing. I was completely surprised how well I was treated. Thank you Passport Health Plan!!! Your member service reps are top notch!!!!
Im not sure how it would work out, but if im a stay at home mother with two children and my fiance making 14 to 15 an hour would we(my children and i still be covered? ) im afraid if i ask theyll make a rude remark or tell me they wont(his job offers insurance for just him so thats why id ask) buy i guess ill find out monday!
Called today to get information regarding passport and the stimulus check. Dana was amazing, so knowledgeable and willing to help answer my questions. The office managers should use Dana as an example of how to be awesome at your job. She truly knows her stuff and knows how to communicate her knowledge in an effect way. I was pleased to speak with her (not something a person usually says when calling an insurance office) Someone give her a raise and make her a trainer, your office will be better for it!
Worst possible insurance plan anyone can ever even dream of. I would much rather have no insurance plan then be covered by this garbage. Called the nurse advice line on the back of the insurance card & spoke with Rachel, RN and she continuously laughed & mocked me the whole time I was talking to her & would not perform any triage whatsoever. She had also crossed the line to continuously insult that I even have Passport Medicaid coverage & was arrogantly bragging about her having a job & that I am on disability - (like how does that make her better than me when she has an unfair advantage & I have a disability). Called member srvcs the next day immediately after it happened & the call-ctr supervisor attempted to defer responsibility & preclude her own obligations by mentioning there is a different number for the complaint dept when they were the one who transferred me to her.
Would have preferred the office be back open to the public now that restrictions are lifted, but called the number on the door and spoke with a lady named Ms. Dell that helped me greatly
IMPORTANT:::: I have had passport pretty much my whole life but as an adult - I have to say they should do more for dental- I can t even get a deep cleaning bc passport denies it, you would think they would help more for dental for adult (my age 31) considering- dental is very important for your health!!! Please passport work on this!! It s very important!!!

This covers nothing important. Will NOT get my aunt who desperately needs it into physical rehab. They deny people with medical issues and should be reported.
