Out of the two pawn shops in Burnsville, I prefer going to Pawnworks. It is much cleaner, neatly organized, and not outrageously priced. I bought an iMac from them 2 years ago and still using it to this day. I recently did my first loan and the process went smoothly. The two ladies that assisted me were very friendly and easy to talk to. Only positive feedbacks for them, no issues. I have recommended friends and family to Pawnworks and will continue to.

We have visited pawn shops, but have not experienced such great customer service before. One of the DVDs I selected was scratched and the staff gave me that one and two more of my DVD selection for free. We will be frequent customers.
Great customer service gives you top dollar for your goods and I haven t seen anyone beat them yet I would recommend them to anyone as a go to store Brandon was great
I have pawned my Xbox here multiple times. Each time the service of all the employees has been wonderful. They really try to work with you to get you a more than fair offer. They also have a great selection of televisions, tools, jewelry, video games, guns and even high quality shoes. I have seen brand new Jordans everytime I've been. The place is clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here before anywhere else!!!
As a contractor I am always looking for tools. PawnWorks has high-quality brands (DeWalt, Snap-on and Milwaukee) at low prices. Got a great deal on a Generac portable generator. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great place to shop for Vintage items. I found a set of miniature key chain knives for a super good price in one of there cases and two gold coins just a little over spot. Owner well versed on weapons. Lots of parking.

Honestly been coming to this place for a long time. Awesome staff that gives good money for the things you bring in. Not inly that but also has good items to purchase. Got a new 4k smart TV 50 inch from here and it has amazing picture quality. Recommended for everyone.
Well laid out and clean store. Tom was very professional on helping me buy a watch. Found a PS3 game for a buck! Cant beat such deal. Will definitely come back

Let me start off by saying that I've visited many of pawn stores throughout the metro area and right upon walking in, knew something was different about this one.The professionalism and knowledge that was expressed was impressive by all standards. Corey, not only gave me a fair price on the item I brought in but, he was very informative to the questions I asked about products I was inquiring about.This is not your typical pawn shop where customer service is also one of the items for sale. This is the "Cheer's" of pawn shops on the second hand scene, where on your way out the door they will know you by name ( that's why Cheer's..where everybody knows your name). After a visit here you'll be wishing that every place you shopped, took lessons in "customer service" from these employee's.It's refreshing to see a business operate this way. It has "Awesome" management and a very "Kind and Intelligent" staff. So, if you have ever been curious of how much that 18K gold with diamond accent African Zulu tribal mask may sell for, stop on by and have a chat with the staff. They will give you a more than fair value for your item. I'm 99.9% sure that like me, this will be the one and only pawn shop you'll do business with. Great place, Great people and Great prices!
This is the best Pawn Shop around!! I have been coming here for years, and always am impressed with the service and selection. It is not what one would ever expect a pawn shop to be. It's clean, well lit, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They sell anything from high end sneakers that look new, to 4K televisions, video games, or even a first edition Wizard of Oz book signed by the author. Always something fun to find!
This place is hands down the best pawn shop in the entire twin cities area. The store as mentioned in other reviews is WAY cleaner and more organized than other pawn shops like Pawn America. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they will consider putting a price on anything you bring into them and they aren't trying to pressure you into a sale.
As with every pawn shop they have overhead and have to re-sell your items, but they offer a fair price on popular and in-season items. The store isn't as big as most pawn america's but it makes up for it with cleaner, more quality items and much better prices. I'll do all my pawning here from now on.
I have only been here once but know the operations manager Linea. She is a member at my BNI and just one visit to her shop broke all my preconceived notions of a pawn shop. Super clean, super friendly, good prices, and an awesome pup to greet you! I will be buying things from them in the future and possibly pawning!
It was the first time I ever used a pawnshop. I had a couple rings that were quite valuable and I had the original receipts for them which helped and I got a loan for them and given my receipt so I could later redeem them and everything was done in a timely fashion and I was given the cash I needed and everything was easy; the staff that helped me was friendly & answered all the questions I had and the store was nice. Everything was great. And I would recommend them to anyone. Dan
