Let me start off by saying that I've visited many of pawn stores throughout the metro area and right upon walking in, knew something was different about this one.The professionalism and knowledge that was expressed was impressive by all standards. Corey, not only gave me a fair price on the item I brought in but, he was very informative to the questions I asked about products I was inquiring about.This is not your typical pawn shop where customer service is also one of the items for sale. This is the "Cheer's" of pawn shops on the second hand scene, where on your way out the door they will know you by name ( that's why Cheer's..where everybody knows your name). After a visit here you'll be wishing that every place you shopped, took lessons in "customer service" from these employee's.It's refreshing to see a business operate this way. It has "Awesome" management and a very "Kind and Intelligent" staff. So, if you have ever been curious of how much that 18K gold with diamond accent African Zulu tribal mask may sell for, stop on by and have a chat with the staff. They will give you a more than fair value for your item. I'm 99.9% sure that like me, this will be the one and only pawn shop you'll do business with. Great place, Great people and Great prices!

This should be the first place you check for anything electronics, outdoor, jewelry,tools, etc. great prices, great staff! Not you typical pawn shop!

Oftentimes our home computers get dropped, milk spilled or just break. We pick up laptops here so we can rest assured mishaps won't break the bank.

Definitely one of the nicer pawn shops around not only are the fair about prices on loans it's literally is the cleanest shop I've been in at the have quality items not a bunch of junk like u see at other pawn shop

I am very pleased with PawnWorks, not only with their staff but their prices and their layaways plans. They are reasonable to work with, no game playing, very adult staff, love that they work with the prices and not on a time sheet like Rip Off America, they have a great layaway program, unlike RipOff America used to have, very clean store, no ego fighting with staff, no one changing the rules everyother day, love this store!!!!!!!

By far the Best Pawn Shop I have ever visited in my life. Very clean and well displayed. I have sold and bought items here many time and always feel like I'm the one with the better deal versus other pawn shops where I have felt that I been the worse deal. (Pawn America)

I have visited Pawnworks a few times for loans over the past year. The first time I went there (and each time since) I was incredibly impressed with the store and the staff - I didn't feel like I was in a "pawnshop" at all. The store is very neat, clean and organized. And all the staff members I've encountered have been incredibly helpful and friendly. The manager, Rich, does an excellent job running this store and is also very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I will happily go back to this shop!

All staff members are great with there customer service skills. Lots of good prices and the store is clean organized very well. It's not jam pack and over packed. The text reminders for sales are nice to get. We don't shop at no other pawn store.

Some people have experience but the girl running the front doesn't have a clue what she's talking about.. should prob stick to reading numbers off a screen. Also everytime the will try to down play you 10 dollars. The chick running the front didn't know what a micro USB was

Poor customer service. I walked in walked around the whole store looking for tools and there was two gentlemen chatting and not one person greeted me that s how you lose business and go on bankruptcy

excellent customer service. beyond my expectation.
I bought iphone 6 on yesterday chrstmas eve 2016, trying to set it up, I realize it required password for icloud. I forgot to ask them to reset it since it was used iphone.
I try to call store, offcourse it christmas today, they are closed for holyday.
I have no contact to call their private number to solve the issue i have.
But because i knew the names of whoever was associated with store, they had their names on icloud information, i was able to look it up online to connect with them.
I called Corey, he very nice man. I told him liesten, I know it christmas day, I hate to bother you, but i need help. Before I called him, i figured even if its holyday, people dont mind to help if they can. He took his time to help me.

Very nice place, friendly environment located off highway 13. I came an bought a hutch at a reasonable price, workers explained how to assemble.

It's nice pawn shop but they should probably change how they handle their firearms and ammunition. You have to ask to be let into a separate room and then be supervised by an employee while you look. I've had some good interactions with the staff recently but my visit today will be my last. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to let me into the room, I had to leave because I had no idea how long I'd need to wait. They were polite in recognizing me and saying they'd be with me but other customers seemed to take priority at the counter. Maybe they should do away with the separate room that ties up an employee when they have only two on duty and have the firearms and ammo behind the counter like the better quality guitars.

Went into the store today never got asked if I needed help with anything at all none of the workers even acknowledge that we entered the store poor customer service.
But found things I wanted. And the prices are great.

moving to a new location and looking to downsize on some things, I called ahead to check pricing to see if it was worth it to bring my items in. Guys on the phone were super helpful brought my items in and received top dollar for them! Place is very clean and everyone seemed very knowledgeable and hopeful! The staff at PawnWorks was very friendly and hospitable during my visit. They weren't able to give me quite the amount I was looking for, due to surplus of my item in their inventory, but they did give me $10 more than my item was quoted for! Overall very satisfied with my visit here & look forward to doing future business with them.

This was the worst service I have gotten and I will not be returning
