I'm opening a restaurant in Metro Detroit, I was having a flour mill delivered to me from Austria. I needed assistance in getting the final shipment from Romulus into Grosse Pointe Park. I worked directly with Brad, he was extremely professional and relatable on all matters. Stayed in contact with me through the entire experience, even when trying to get this mill from Austria, through customs. From day one he was great to talk with.

RPM is a broker who rips off truckers and carriers - slow to pay if at all and they expects 6% off the already low rate. Even using COVID-19 as an excuse to not pay! Disgraceful. DO NOT TAKE FREIGHT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Horrible to talk to on the phone. Lots of screaming and profanity in the background. Could tell the dispatcher was very annoyed just because I had questions about what the freight was. Told him I really had to know what it is before I could commit with tarps, then all of a sudden the load was unavailable like he just didn't want to take the time to figure it out. That might work in dry vans but in the flatbed industry you cant confidently book freight not knowing exactly what it is.
BAD experience. They have a well organized system in place to withhold and discount payment to us, the carriers. They short paid our load by $308 and after 103 days, have failed to provide proof as to why. I visited their office and doubt very seriously that anyone inside knows or understands what a truck is.

Brad was incredible to work with! He d call every step of the way. He called a few days before pick up to let me know what to expect, the day of pick up, and even asked that I call or text to let him know how the drop off was. He answered all my questions too. The driver was very kind and professional. My car got to me very quickly and in great condition! I would absolutely use their services again if I ever need to do so.

Company is a broker who does not care about the drivers who perform their jobs. I completed a job in which I was supposed to be paid within 2 days per our contract. Two days go by and no payment. They informed us they switched payment systems and were experiencing issues with the switch and it was unclear when I would receive payment. What company implements a new system without making sure it properly works before going live on actual humans. It was next to impossible to get a hold of anyone and get answers. The most answers I would receive was from the new payment company. I was supposed to be charged a fee for having my payment direct deposited however with the delay I was informed via e-mail from an RPM employee that the fee would be waived. I finally received my payment almost two weeks after I should have received it and low and behold I was still charged the fee. I tried reaching out several times to see why I was charged this fee when I had an e-mail stating I wouldn't be charged and no one would answer the phones or return my e-mails or text. If you are a driver I would suggest to be highly cautious working with this company or better yet don't even work with them!!!

Honesty, integrity, transparency, excellent communication, strong relationships with both customers and carriers, very young, high energy company... Not greedy, shady or money hungry like most brokers. They do what's best for the customer and take full responsibility for any hiccups on their end. If they can't get the job done, they won't tell you they can. They do a great job of under promising & over delivering. I am impressed.

I bought this slight damaged 2012 Ford Explorer from a yard in North Dakota. The yard stated they would ship it to me in Wa State. After 30 days and no Explorer, I cancelled them and called Brandon at RPM. He had my SUV to me in a few days.
Great communication by phone and emails. Always updating via emails. Really easy to work with. They are a Broker and most are. They find truck drivers nation wide and hook up customers shipping cars with drivers. It's the nature of shipping across the USA.
When my SUV arrived, the middle eastern driver had for some odd reason, side swiped my passenger mirror. I called Brandon and he filed a claim. In a few weeks I got a check for a replacement. Now that is service and it's what you should be paying for. Excellent!!

The company could care less about their drivers. They get paid to be a middle man (broker) but do not peform a brokers duties. Dispatch is rude to drivers. Will not do business with them again.
BAD company. Treats carriers and truckers poorly. Slow walks payment after delivery. Seems to be their way. They wait 30 days then start picking paperwork apart. After the 30 days, then they want to charge 6% to pay you or you have to wait 2 more weeks for payment. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I was in need of moving a vehicle from Florida to Michigan and contacted RPM Freight Systems for a quote. They were very courteous when I called and took the time to get me a very competitive quote to move the vehicle.
The day prior to pick up, I was contacted by the local carrier and they arranged a time for the pick up. Once again very courteous, excellent communication, and timely. I recommend RPM Freight Systems to anyone or company that needs a vehicle or vehicles moved anywhere in the country.
Brad gave me great service, was in touch the whole time, and was available for questions when I had them. The price was reasonable and negotiable! Both of my cars were delivered quickly and in great shape. I will definitely use them again if I need more cars shipped!
I needed 5 cars moved from Michigan to Tennessee and they found me a truck within 3 days. The truck was on time and kept us informed the whole time.
