I've been a customer here for 19 years, which is sadly longer than I'd like to admit being an adult. Purchase, lease, service, I have no complaints about their customer service and professionalism.

I was able to setup the purchase in 1 day and work out all the details through a few emails. Great pricing on first pass. I only needed to stay in their office for about 10 minutes then we got going in the car. This is exactly what you want from a car buying experience.

I have been to many car dealers and mechanics over my time and this location (both the sales and especially the service department!) are one of the VERY BEST I have seen. They helped me time after time. Have always been honest, professional, and go the extra mile to make your experience great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DPT!!!

Paul's Volvo is a rare car dealership in this millennium with genuine sales, personal interest in your car needs from Chris and continued service from Jim and staff. Both our extended families have bought Volvos from Pauls' Motors for the past 16+ years! Kudos to this establishment - highly recommended for all your VOLVO car purchases - new and certified!

I will update this if they resolve a problem by Friday, but the Service department and personal attention is beyond the worse we have ever experienced. 3 times in for appointments, and even when they say an exact time, you are left to sit for hours for simple fix. Un-accommodating responses to my wife has brought her to never want to even walk back in the place. She says, "Honda never treated me like this... " This last time when they said bring it in exactly this time, ask for so and so, but he isn't there, nobody else offers to step in and help her, after 45 min She walked out... Lastly if your stuck for hours, in a "Near Luxury" dealer, it needs to be updated, which that area hasn't been since the 60's apparently and workers need to smile and "Service" the clients a little!.
Update- went in to try one last time for quick fix, just went into bay asking for the guy I spoke too, he ran out and fixed in 5 min.

I was not optimistic about my search for a new car. I knew I wanted a Volvo I just wasn't sure I wanted to deal with any dealership.
I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service I received from Chris C. He was professional and low key- I never felt pressured or annoyed.
The follow up has been exceptional.
I would certainly return to this dealership for future purchases

I don't care where you shop nowadays cars have become very expensive. Volvos are no exception so what I look for is an easy no pressure sales experience, a fair price and excellent service. That's exactly what you will get at Paul's. This dealer is conveniently located just off Route 208.

I had a great experience purchasing my Volvo at Paul's Volvo in Hawthorne. There was no hassle as you get with a lot of dealerships. The purchasing process was expeditious, simple and straightforward. The Sales people are helpful and informative. They followed up with me after also. The warranty and maintenance on the vehicle is fantastic. The service department is friendly. I have no problem getting an appointment for maintenance fairly soon after I call. I recommend Paul's Volvo if you are interested in purchasing a Volvo. I love my Volvo.

If you are out of warranty, please stay away from this place. They will replace everything and charge you.

Last year, my warranty just got expired and came to this dealer for regular maintain. After they checked my vehicle, they said my front brake need to be replaced. I thought two brake pad only cost less than 100 dollar, so I agreed with it. Then, They changed the entire front brake, including brake rotor, and asked me for 1500 dollars total include 4 hours labor. My vehicle is only 37k miles on it. Everyone knows brake rotor always change around 100k miles. They fooled me in order to take more money from my pocket. What a shame. I tried to argue with them, they said I agree to change the brake. I thought it is only brake pad not brake rotor. Eventually, I paid 1500 dollars for regular maintain and my front brake.
This is a good example. Ask the price before they do it!!! Do NOT trust the dealer. I know this is business. The dealer is trying to earn more from their customers, but that does not mean you can fool your customers. In the future, I won't recommend this place to anyone who is out of warranty.

Every time I visit Paul's Volvo everyone is so pleasant and genuine. I work with many car dealers in my business and Paul's is tops!! I can understand why they have such high ratings. They truly care of about customers.

Chris Corrigan went above and beyond to help me. I had to replace my 2004 XC90 when it was hit while parked by a drunk driver at a very high speed. I was having a difficult time locating the new XC90 inscription in my home state of North Carolina. I saw Paul's inventory on line and I called on a Sunday to leave a message. Chris Corrigan was at work on Sunday and called me back immediately. Chris Corrigan was able to help me locate the XC90 Inscription in the color and with all of the options that I wanted! Purchasing vs Owning....

Purchasing my 2017 Volvo from Paul s Volvo was a quick and easy process. The sales representative was respectful and accommodating. Living in New York and buying in New Jersey was new to me, but I wanted the car I wanted and therefore had to go to New Jersey. I was able to test drive multiple cars, to check them over at my leisure, and to come to a reasonable price for the car. There was none of that let me talk to my manager nonsense and all financing paperwork was completed quickly with the sales representative.

However within two weeks of picking up my car I discovered various issues. Although it is a pre-owned 2017, in my opinion since it was bought from a dealership there shouldn t have been any issues, as I am to believe and to hope these cars are reviewed before being put up for sale again.

I will begin positively by stating that the Service Department quickly made an appointment that fit my schedule and provided me with a loaner car (since I had to travel a distance).

Negatively, none of the work I brought it in for was fixed. All issues were found as no fault found . The tinting, for which I paid extra, had bubbles on the rear window, the car was pulling to the right, and there was an absolutely annoying noise in the driver s seat. I wasted two days, money on tolls, and gas going back and forth only to have nothing resolved.

The following week, I made an appointment at a Long Island Volvo Service department. The noise was found and fixed, the alignment was completed, and they found the front rotors needed to be replaced.
(I should have done this from the beginning, but since I just purchased the car at Paul s Volvo I wanted to give Paul s Volvo the opportunity to fix these issues.)
These issues were all alarming since it was a car bought from a Volvo dealership with a service department and not from some random person or from some no-named used car lot.

The work was completed at the Long Island Volvo dealership and thankfully the issues were covered by my warranty, except for the alignment. Annoyed I had to pay for a repair only 5 weeks of owning the car? Of course, but it had to be done.

After all the extra expenses, here s hoping nothing else goes wrong........

Courteous, polite, and efficient. Everything was explained well, and even though there were unexpected repairs, they were able to provide a loaner car.

Let me start by saying I didn't purchase or lease a car at Pauls. In fact, I didn't purchase or lease a Volvo but I did stop at Paul's to test drive one. I appreciate the time the sales associate took to explain the vehicle and the pricing behind the car. Very transparent on price and professional throughout the test drive. In the end, I wasn't in love with the vehicle but if you're looking for a Volvo and you want experienced sales/management, this is your place to go.

I've been going here for years. Mike and the team are super knowledgeable and kind. It makes doing maintenance a pretty pleasurable experience (and how many places can say that?).

Great and warm service given to me by their Sales Consultant, Alon.

They replaced my battery twice in 1 year and asked me to go in 5 times plus and gave me various reasons of why battery kept dying. When the battery died again this month, I called them and they told me because 1. the last replacement was out of warrantee(that is because the one within warrantee lasted for 9 months) they are not responsible for it. 2. Plus they don't have record for 2016-2017 period, And 3. they recently quitted Volvo system(no longer Volvo authorized dealer) . I have no further comment given they have wiped off all their trail or relavance.

To be fair the staff I met were friendly their but they just don't seem to be able to solve the problem.

Pls try your best to avoid this dealership if you want to save time and money!

We just picked up a used 07 CX 70. The condition of the vehicle is incredible ... clean and spotless. The car exceeded any of our expectations and are very pleased to have had the opportunity to deal with a great salesman by the name of Chris Corrigan. His confidence and professional attitude was assuring to us in that we were getting a true value. This is not the first time we have dealt with "Pauls" as we have owned two volvos from there. The difference this time is that we drove 4 hours, from Central PA, to get this kind of experience ... and ... we were not disappointed !! Thank you Paul and Chris.

We have bought at least 10 volvos from Paul's And Chris Corrigan. They are amazing. Chris is extremely helpful. There is no stress, pressure or stuffiness at Paul's. Only 1 time in 20 years did we buy a volvo from another dealer (closer to our new home)! Never again, what a difference in service! Paul's and Chris really do go the extra something to make a car purchase easy, fun, and stress free.

I can make this easy for everyone - the service is flawless. I really mean that. We walked out of a Ford dealership where I was ready to buy Ford Explorer and I've never been happier to spend *more* money then I was after getting my XC90 at Pauls Volvo.
