I had the best experience at Patsys. They are so kind, so helpful, and so fun. The boutique is lovely and they really make you feel like a bride. While it may not have walls and walls of dresses, the dresses it has are astoundingly beautiful and they have a variety of budgets. They really helped me create my full wedding day vision. Being from out of state, they were extremely helpful in the whole process. My dress was even finished a couple weeks before anticipated. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely start at Pastys. Thanks so much!

My experience at Patsys was more than I could imagine in shopping for a wedding dress! Lindsay was extremely knowledgeable. She listened intently as I described to her what style I was looking for and she pulled an array of dresses for me to try on and I loved every single one! She was great at not only explaining the options for accessories and customizations but also finding a way to help give me a visual and complete my overall look for the big day. It was such a fun and stress-free appointment that I wish I could do it over and over! The shop is absolutely adorable and all the girls working were helpful and knowledgeable. I had such a great experience and have sent many friends to Patsy s to shop for their dream gown. I even took my gown back after my wedding for cleaning and preservation and they did a wonderful job!

So professional. They do take appointments, but were so open to letting us look on our own for bridesmaids dresses. They will check on you occasionally as if we had an appointment. We bought all my bridesmaids dresses that day.

My wedding dress was the third one I tried on and it was my absolute dream! I had no idea I wanted this silhouette, but it was MAGICAL! I live in Chicago, so I did their concierge service to get it to the alterations place and then to me, and it was seamless. I also got my BEAUTIFUL jewelry from there as well (bracelet & earrings). I also got my garter and veil from there. Everything was a DREAM. I loved the final product! They are very responsive and reliable.

I loved being a Patsy's Bride! Everyone at Patsy's is sweet, patient, encouraging, and helpful! They truly made the process fun and easy! In addition to finding the dress of my dreams (that was also within my budget), I purchased all of my wedding day accessories and my dress preservation there. They have an excellent selection available and referred me to an amazing seamstress for alterations. I visited 7 different stores in both DFW and Houston and Patsy's was above and beyond!

I'm having a 4 and half month engagement. A week after my engagement I went into Patsy's! Overall, it was a great experience with a friendly, helpful staff. I found a fit and flare dress I loved, but I had wanted a more mermaid fit. The sales associate helping me seemed to make this out to be an easy alteration, so I went ahead and ordered the dress without giving it a thought. 3 months later, I picked up my dress and drove it back to Waco, where I live. I took it to a well-esteemed bridal alterations place in town, and when I communicated what I wanted in the fit, they told me it was impossible for them to be able to do it in the time frame that was given to me. My wedding was a month and half away from when I went in. I now have to drive back and forth from Dallas and spend over $500 on alterations. Had I known that it wasn't an "easy fix," I would have chosen a different dress entirely. I'm pretty disappointed because I think the sales associate could have been more trained to know how to communicate these expectations honestly.

Cute place. They keep it intimate and don t schedule too many appointments at once so you get a nice, personalized experience. Megan is wonderful. She listened to what I was looking for and picked out some beautiful dresses. Best bridal store I ve been to in Dallas.

My appointment here was very helpful. I loved Carissa she was amazing. I haven t bought my dress yet but what she helped me with, if I decided on a dress it would be definitely be thanks to her help. She was patient with me and even extended my appointment to let me truly process my thoughts, and didn t feel rushed at all. In addition, I appreciated her follow up call. Thanks Carissa! Patsy's Bridal were so helpful in getting me a garment bag for my wedding dress for an emergency flight to London. They were so responsive and helpful and I definitely would recommend them to brides to be.

After a bad experience at a different Bridal Boutique - Patsy's was such a breath of fresh air! Sadie went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress, and I couldn't be happier! She was extremely thorough with us, and took the time to explain the whole process! Nothing felt rushed and it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

I walked in to Patsy's this past weekend after eating with my family next door. We had already been to two different dress shops in Dallas earlier that morning and I had not found my dress. When we walked in, I met a wonderful consultant named Carissa. She was so nice and accommodating and picked out several beautiful dresses in my price range. I said yes to the second dress I tried on! I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day in December. I would recommend Patsy's to anyone. Such a beautiful environment and the sitting area that my family waited in while I tried on dresses was very large.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Patsy's. The atmosphere and vibe, the dresses and the service were amazing. It was honestly the best experience. I got my dress from there and could not be more excited!

I was in Patsy s Bridal Boutique a few weeks ago and absolutely fell in love with the staff and the amazing owner of the store. I had Lindsay who was amazing! After she helped me try on dress after dress I found THE ONE All of the ladies are all so nice they help you in any way they can. They helped me with paying for the dress and making sure I was taken care of for my big day. I will always recommend patsy s to any bride in need!!

I am a plus size bride (street size 22) and was so nervous about dress shopping. Not only do they have an amazi g selection of plus size samples... even the one that i e ded up picking, even though it wasnt my size, she found a way to get me in it so I could get a good pi ture of what it looks like on. I cannot say enough good things about the shop and staff. Carissa was my consultant and was absolutely amazing to work with. She listened to what I want, took some feedback on the dresses I tried and pulled the perfect dress for me. 10 out of 10 would recommend Patsy's for any DFW bride. I actually drove about 3 hours for my appt here and am so so so glad that I did!!

We were here for my sister's wedding and Allison was great! She did a good job of helping my sister narrow down her preferences and finding dresses that matched that

It was my first stop of the day and everything about the environment and the staff was so welcoming! They definitely hit the nail on the head with what I was looking for.

I wouldn't go here again.... the worker kept putting me in gowns that were way above my budget.... and kept putting me in tool and I specifically asked for none.... and kept putting me in gowns that were way too big or way to small.... they were not very knowledgeable in the terms on fabrics and has no clue on the difference between a single tear veil and a mantilla veil.... the only thing that gave this a second star is the selection on the gowns....

Since I had a 4 month engagement, I needed to buy a dress that day. I found a beautiful gown and took it home that day. I had the best experience and absolutely love my dress. AWESOME customer service.

The customer service was terrible. Our party was rushed and spent the majority of our time alone. The sales staff insisted on ordering our chosen dresses based on measurements they took. All of the dresses that were ordered had to be altered at additional expense. I feel that this could have been avoided had the sales staff listened to us when we told them that the size suggestions were incorrect.

Went to multiple shops in the Metroplex and Patsy's was BY FAR the BEST!! They made me feel so special and went out of their way to make my experience memorable. Great dresses and even better service

I was so impressed by Patsy's Bridal, and the wonderful assistance Megan gave me from beginning to end!! She found me a selection of dresses that were exactly what I was looking for, and was beyond understanding when I mentioned we were going to a few different bridal stores that day. I ended up finding the PERFECT dress at Patsy's, however, and Megan was so sweet and encouraging as I went through the process. From the second viewing I squeezed in for my Maid of Honor to the dress pick-up and alterations -- I could not have dreamt of an easier or more fun wedding dress experience! Thank you, Patsy's Bridal, for making at least one thing about my wedding day stress-free!!

The stylists here are so attentive to detail in which you describe what you want from your dress, and the dresses offer great quality for very reasonable prices! The stylist are also great to talk to and funny! The dresses were absolutely beautiful!

I absolutely love Patsy's! This is the first boutique I went to, about 11 months before my wedding date because they were holding a Pronovias trunk show. I ended coming back a few months later when I was more seriously looking for my wedding dress, and then a few times after that before I made my purchase (I was pretty indecisive). Each time, the consultants were so sweet and helpful. I love that they aren't pushy at all; they don't try to hard sell or act like they know best (I had this experience at another boutique). The consultants here listen to what you like/don't like, and let you form your own opinions about each dress first. They're helpful, but unobtrusive. I also love their selection! I found my dress, my bridal earrings, and my bridesmaid dresses here. Highly recommend making an appointment at Patsy's!!

I went to 4 different wedding dress boutiques to look for my wedding dress and Patsy's was hands down, the best experience I had. My consultant, Megan, was so helpful and really listened to what I was looking for in a dress. The first dress I tried on was the one! She was so bubbly and helpful and made the experience so enjoyable. I went back later in the day to purchase the dress and I tried it on again with a different consultant, and she was just as sweet and helpful! The staff here is amazing and the wedding dresses are high quality and beautiful!

I fell inlove with the place at the moment i walked in, everything is beautiful but had a horrible experience with my consultant what a lack of customer service... i walked out of there sad not being able to find my dream dress because i didn't feel i was treated right. I felt she didnt think i could afford a dress from there that's why she didnt push or made the effort to show me dresses or veils.. i hope she gets a better training through out the years and doesnt make the same mistake she did with me.

Patsy's was incredible to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. Sadie was exceptional. I cannot say enough to express how helpful she was to me. She answered all of my questions (even the silly ones) without hesitation. The whole dress buying process went way more smooth than I was expecting. It was so great we ended up buying bridesmaids and flower girl dresses from Patsy's as well. I probably emailed Sadie with a different question at least once every two weeks and she always responded in a timely manner and was always SO sweet!! Everything turned out perfect and I wouldn't have changed a thing! I would highly recommend Patsy's to anyone! It was such a fun and exciting time and I am forever grateful!!

Just as I was about to lose hope finding a wedding dress, I visited Patsy s and tried on the perfect one! This shop is upscale but within a reasonable budget especially for the quality and style of the dresses. I can t forget to mention that the customer service is great! My consultant was friendly, eager to help, and attentive to my concerns. I seriously can t recommend this place enough. All the other shops I went to before this one felt like I was just trying to convince myself I liked the dresses, but at Patsy's the excitement came naturally.

Out of the 6 bridal salons I visited, this was my least favorite and I had really high hopes! However, I was/am a bride that was looking for the experience. I feel like you can look at dresses anywhere, you can buy dresses at several stores, right? Example, if you like Enaura, you can go to Neimans, LeAnn's, etc. (I visited these stores as well and actually ended up getting my dress at one of them). Soooo I was looking for the experience! Patsy's failed here. They didn't rush me, so that was a plus, and the consultant was really nice, however, it was the only salon that I had to ask 3 times for water for me and my guests and it was the only salon that didn't have champagne. I know, I'm a bit boujee but hey, I took the day off of work from my stressful job, my friends were in town, my future mother in law was in from the UK, we were looking to have a fun time and we can't even get a glass of champs, whomp whomp... like I said, only place that didn't offer us champagne or water so that was a turn off for me. Pretty dresses, but other salons had the same dresses with a better experience. I originally gave this review 2 stars, however, the owner, Lindsay reached out to me, which I thought was extremely professional and I appreciated her obtaining the feedback. There is something to be said for a business owner who cares about their customers and strives for improving, so that should not be discounted for this boutique.

I found the dress of my dreams online and this Boutique was one of the only places that carries this collection. It was the first dress I tried on along with others similar to what I wanted. I was impressed that I found the dress in my first appointment. I picked up my dress yesterday and I just can't get over it. I can't wait to wear it, thank you all for the care and attention. I can truly say the experience and dress are worth every penny.

I evacuated from Hurricane delta to Dallas. While there, I decided to visit some Bridal shops. I used other reviews and Patsy s popped up. Upon arriving, I waited in the car until I was texted to come in. A nice woman named Ellen met me at the door and greeted me with a smile. Due to covid-19 regulations, I was only able to bring two guests with me. However, I was the only bride in the store for 2 hours. I had the whole 2 hours with Ellen to find my perfect dress. She was kind, patient, compassionate, asked all the details of the wedding, and offered her opinion when asked. She helped me pick through dresses i liked and didn t, and got me out of my comfort zone. I didn t feel pressured to buy my dress right then or even from there store. I left there, shopped around at other stores, and came back that afternoon to purchase my favorite dress. The other workers in the store were helped up too. They have a unique, wide variety of selections, as well as a large changing room with full length mirrors. Definitely give Patsy s a try!
