The customer service was terrible. Our party was rushed and spent the majority of our time alone. The sales staff insisted on ordering our chosen dresses based on measurements they took. All of the dresses that were ordered had to be altered at additional expense. I feel that this could have been avoided had the sales staff listened to us when we told them that the size suggestions were incorrect.
