The equipment present meets expectations well. However the staff are dramatically bad. Everything but customer friendly. The customer is really not king here. They forget here that they are in the service sector. You just get snubbed. Piazza is certainly not the cheapest gym in Houten, and that does not matter, but then your service may also be top! And then we have Ted. I can be very brief about that: selfish person.
What is it all about at Piazza Sports? Many staff span at home and everywhere people talk badly about the owner. Not so strange, because a nasty man, but a shame of such a nice gym.
What a great club. I have been very friendly and positively approached and received at Piazza Sports. The new fitness room looks very good. I started on the eGYM and am already achieving my goals.
Piazza Sports is definitely recommended for young and old.

I have been a loyal member of Piazza Sports for years. It is a very professional and very cozy gym, good and enthusiastic trainers, very diverse training options; wide choice of classes, very modern fitness equipment in the room, E-gym and a very easy app. Large clean changing rooms with lockers and showers, a sauna and an inviting bar and garden to enjoy a drink after class!
Been a member for years. Always good guidance, friendly, positive people. Especially in these times, when we are not allowed, or under certain conditions, to the gym, a club like this proves its worth. Inventive, solution-oriented and we as members can always find help in one way or another. Chapeau!

Boy, has this become an owner Ted nagging platform ?? Unfortunately it is true what is written here. I hear it more often, also through staff, many complaints about his brutal and fickle behavior. Not good with him at the helm ..... otherwise very nice gym.
Nice gym but unfortunately very busy with long waiting times for egym and treadmills. And that for an "exclusive" gym. Exclusively. Very expensive too, I pay for a sauna and for childcare which I do not use. Sometimes only trainees in the gym who are anything but pro-active. Fortunately, more and more gyms are coming, so I'm definitely going shopping. And the lady from the back office is not very friendly.
Excellent gym. Good expert guidance, hospitable approach. Also nice, you can take a monthly subscription.
