I fell inlove with the place at the moment i walked in, everything is beautiful but had a horrible experience with my consultant what a lack of customer service... i walked out of there sad not being able to find my dream dress because i didn't feel i was treated right. I felt she didnt think i could afford a dress from there that's why she didnt push or made the effort to show me dresses or veils.. i hope she gets a better training through out the years and doesnt make the same mistake she did with me.
