We tried making reservations for 7 PM on a Saturday. Only 9 PM was available. However we waited an hour to be seated, along with about 10-12 other parties who said the same thing. Not a good start. They jam pack the place, lots of big parties.

5 starts for the food and service which were amazing.

Lost 1 star for the long wait to be seated

Another for the ridiculously long bathroom line. Only 1 stall for women, each of us (party of 5 women) waited atleast 20 minutes on line at different points in the night. Men's bathroom has 2 urinals and one toilet, no stalls & no toilet paper, at a restaurant non the less... (feel bad for the guy looking to do the doo)

We LOVED our servers Marco and Michael. Amazing duo! Marco really made our night.

Fantastic family style dining - this is not your typical spaghetti and chicken parm Italian restaurant. They put a fresh twist on everything they serve. Their seafood, particularly the calamari in hot peppers, was incredible and their raviolis was by far the best I've had out of the many Italian restaurants I've been to. The decor, vibe and staff are also great but do expect a lengthy wait if you come on the weekend. Regardless, you won't leave hungry or unsatsified.

Simply an amazing authentic Italian food very fast service and amazing staff. Best dishes fioretti. They also have an amazing selection of wine to to complement any dish that they have on the menu they are also willing to make any dish to order. Parking could be a problem but within a few minutes it is possible to find one.

Came to Patrizia's for dinner on a Sunday night. Getting seated was a bit slow--I think they were cleaning up after a large event. The atmosphere is slightly crowded and noisy, but I felt the food made up for anything the atmosphere lacked.

We decided to do the family-style courses (a prix-fixe meal at $55 a person). For me, $55 is a lot to spend on dinner, but it was well-worth the expense. We started off with a couple bottles of wine for the table and the food just kept coming! Everything from lobster to beef to tortellini and fresh mozzarella. The taste was extraordinary and it was just the right amount of food. Highly recommend Patrizia's if you're hungry!

Got delivery.. there is thyme or something in the Carbonara? Really weird, it tastes like Thanksgiving stuffing and I don't like thyme. First Carbonara I ever got with thyme in it. The garlic bread doesn'tt have much actual fluffy part of the bread and barely tasted like garlic, was mostly crust and partly burnt. I think this place is totally overrated.

Took my girlfriend out for dinner and did not expect what we received. Great location to start. Friendly greeting and then some of the best food ever. I had pasta and she had something with a lot of chees (I m not an expert in Italian cuisine). What can I say delicious. Thank you Jacomo . We will be back

Was just there for mother s day...absolutely horrible service! The food was horrible and the waiter as well. We didn t get everything we were supposed too from our family style menu. The waiter kept saying really you didn t get it really? Obviously I didn t.

I also had to use the restroom and the waiter kept pushing me to move out of the way!

I will never return here as well alonbwith my family and friends.

The atmosphere is inviting . They play a beat Italian style where everyone joins in , waving the napkins in the air as a celebration . The food delicious . The service fantastic . The place very quaint and cozy . I love it and highly recommend .

I decided to take my family here for my brother s 30th birthday. I called to make reservations for a party of 5. But I was never told that reservations don t work. When I arrived on Thursday July 25th at 8:25pm right before the reserved time, the host took down my name and told me it would be a wait. But I had made reservations for a reason. AN HOUR passed by and the host kept telling me It would be a couple of minutes. A rather generous family that was sitting outside decided to give my party and I sangrias because they felt bad for us. Honestly that was the highlight of my experience at this place. AN HOUR AND A HALF passes by and though my brother, the birthday guy, really wanted to try this restaurant, he suggested we leave. Then the host finally approaches me saying that people had paid but they don t want to leave. But my family and I left. Because not only were we disappointed, feet hurting, but we were starving, and It was for a special occasion for us.
I just wanted honesty. If this place doesn t take reservations, I should ve been told. If the wait was for an hour +, I should ve been told and not lied to by saying couple of minutes. It was the worst experience I ve ever had in any restaurant in New York City. Again, I just would have appreciated It if staff were honest with me from the moment I called to make reservations days before.
Thank goodness Viva Toro was open at 10:10pm but they advised that kitchen was closing at 10:30pm so we had to rush there and pick our entrees. A birthday should not be like this. If only Patrizia s would have been honest, we could ve saved approx. 2 hours of our time and 2 hours of my brother s birthday wasted.

Had to wait outside in a crazy disorganized group of frustrated people. Eventually got our table and could only smell the trash. Asked and got moved to the street. Staff were friendly but where completely overwhelmed. All this after we had a reservation booked online!

Love it. Very friendly staff and the food is amazing. My family has held a few dinner events there and even when cooking on such a large scale their food stays on par. Only down side it can get extremely loud and like 20 different people celebrating a birthday there on any given weekend day.

Come here with an appetite. Food and drinks are great. Only negative is that they won't seat you unless your entire party is there. But once you sit the food comes right out and does not stop.

Really awesome place to eat at - real deal Italian food with a really cool staff. Visited here on a trip to Brooklynn and the bartender at Peter Luger's recommended it. I would definitely come back to try more of the menu. Loved it.

Patrizia s of Brooklyn is one of my favorite Italian places and is truly one of a kind. I ve been here for countless birthdays and it gets better every time. The way to go is the pre-fix all you can eat and drink (wine and sangria). The lamb chops are my favorite and I always leave with my stomach overly stuffed. It can get a little crazy on the weekends but if you re looking for delicious food and a great time, look no further! The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves.

About 1wk exactly my family went to celebrate a birthday. They were greeted fairly by Oscar but as the day went by, Oscar the waiter came to take the orders but soon disappeared and never came back to our table until it was time to pay. We were basically left unattended. Meanwhile Oscar the waiter was too busy attending the table next to us wich was a party of 5 and we were a party of 10. The food was ok but the service was awful, poor and careless. I wouldn't recommend this place and specially if Oscar is going to be your waiter. By the way he was interacting and serving the table next to us like if I would have to guess it had to be a regular customer or his family. But that doesn't give him the right to abandon our table. Almost forgot the girl that was bring us water and picking our dishes was also very rude.

The variety of food was excellent. You are getting a pretty good deal with the $50 and $60 meals. The food itself is so tasty and well seasoned. The waiters do a good job bringing it out at the right time. All you can drink sangria is a deal not to be missed

Went there twice for baptism parties. Food was served over seven courses and was outstanding and plentiful on both occaisions. The grilled octopus was perfectly prepared, tender with a slight char. The lamb chops were juicy, flavorful and tender as well. Lobster, steak, clams casino, pizza, burrata...all beautifully prepared and delicious. The wait staff was quick, efficient and friendly. They made sure all the food came out hot and on time, course after course. The place is small and can be tight. It is not a quiet romantic place. It is a loud, fun family style restaurant that serves great tasting quality food.
