Just came from there we had a reservation for eight o clock this evening , two people we just left at 9;30 and never got called to be seated ,,,,,, they must of overbooked ,I don t know but this is the third time this has happened not that we waited over an hour they were taking other people with larger parties and the hostess was very rude ,,,,,, I go out to eat very often but I will never go back there again and I will be going on every social media and give my reviews about this non caring establishment ,,,and to boot they were trying to a pease people with a glass of wine than telling people to push there way threw the crowd are you kidding me ,there very lucky nobody spilled wine on me

Food was great, but restaurant was SO tight you couldn t even get up to go to the bathroom.

My friends and family brought me her to celebrate my 50th Birthday last night. The older woman sitting people was very racist and disrespectful to my daughter, when asked how long will it be before she sat our group. She cursed my daughter out and told us to get out and never come back. I will be calling the manager of this establishment to complain about the way we were treated. I understand people have a bad day and it can be overwhelming on a busy night but the disrespect to customers is unacceptable. We will never go there again.

Made reservations for 830pm didn't get seated at all. Large number of groups blocked the entrance on top of being crowded. No proper communication or organization on table seating. Whats the point of the reservations if you wont be seen

We love this restaurant. It's a little bit noisy and hard to have a conversation, but lots of fun! Food is great. We usually order Family Style - this time I made the list in order it was served:
Calamari salad,
Burrata,
Eggplants with cheese

Calamari in tomato sauce

My most favorite Italian restaurant. The food is always on point and the staff is always amazing and friendly. The only thing I dont like is that there tends to be a lot of people in there, for that I enjoy going on off nights but that doesn't deserve to get a star taken off for that.

Beautiful restaurant and amazing service! I stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon around 5:30 to have an early dinner with my sister in law's. The staff happily accommodated us very quickly and set up a table for us outside in the shade. The food was spectacular, served warm and quickly. Our waitress (wish I had her name!) was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the atmosphere so much, I brought my Fiance the next day for lunch and the sweet waitress remembered me from the night before and was so happy to know I enjoyed and brought him, she even asked him if he enjoyed his first meal there after we finished. This is definitely our new go to place! We had the margherita pizza, tiramisu, and cheesecake. Can't wait to try the seafood, the couple next to us was eating lobster and it smelled and looked delightful!

I absolutely LOVE Patrizia s, I always go to the Staten Island location for special occasions or when I want some good pizza. For Valentine s day which also happened to be my wedding day, I took my non New Yorker husband to the best Italian place you could ever eat at. The food was outstanding, amazing energy in the room with lots of love & great music. I would give 5 stars but let me explain why I didn t as much as it pains me. Vday is busy, I get it! But we made reservations far before the actual date & still was not seated at our reservation time. it was made for 8pm, & of course there was an insane mob of people outside waiting.. after almost 2 hours, there was still a list of people waiting to get in & my name was at the top for the next seating. A man who seemed to be running things poked his head out & a woman who s reservation was an hour after mine, insisted she be seated since she called an hour before her reservation & it was past her set time. I firmly told the man, her name was literally AFTER me, he blew me off & let her in anyway. As I got ready to leave, the hostess outside who was serving wine made it her business to tell the man herself i had been waiting a very long time & was before the woman. He finally gave us a table. Had she not stepped in, we wouldn t have been seated until almost midnight. (i m not exaggerating since we didn t see a single customer come in after us until we were nearly done with our dinner). Overall, I will always love & eat here, but, I didn t appreciate the terrible service & blatant disrespect from their employee.

If it was only the wait staff ignoring me as I waited to place a take away order it would have been quite a forgettable experience, unfortunately that wasn't the case. I ordered the Margherita pizza to go. I understand that with a Margherita and Marinara pizza, the pizzeria is supposed to leave the ingredients to do the talking, well they were defintely silent. The pizza was bland at best. Its as if the restaurant thought that because it is such a simple pizza there would be no problem just slapping some mozzarella, oil, and tasteless sauce on top and calling it a night. Honestly, I should have known not to order from this restaurant the second I received subpar service. While this is a pandemic, I am not asking for alot just for them to make a good pizza. Unfortunately, I will not be making that mistake again.

A lot of fun and family feeling. We went on Friday night. A bunch of birthday parties there. Excellent vibes for company or birthday party. Food was great. We ordered Chicken Parm & Black linguine Pescatore. It was yummy and pretty big portion. Sangria was good. Over all 5 stars :)

best spot in Brooklyn for a great Italian family style feast. Go for the 15 course incredible deal that includes all the beer, wine, sangria, soda, coffee, espresso and cappuchino you can drink on top over an over the top selection and variety of food that is soooo delicious and abundant. Great deal for around $50 plus tax and tip. Fantastic spot for a big crowd and for those who like to drink it's a great deal but also delicious.

This is the perfect place for group dinners, the food is delicious and filling, plus Inlove that they offer unlimited wine - I'm definitely coming back!

I have only been here on Christmas Eve where we get an unbelievable amount of food brought to the table. Most dishes are great and some really are uniquely tasty!

This place food is horrible do not go here. The sangria a joke fruit juice. Do yourself a favorite save your money and go somewhere else. This place definitely does not serve authentic Italian food and not worth the money.

The food was ok but the waiter was rude , I will not comeback

Food was mediocre and had to wait over 1.5 hours after the start time of a reservation to be seated after a deposit had been put down on the table.

Decent spot, was expecting more due to the hype around it. Paid $75 per person in a 20 person party; had three small slices of pizza, two slices of breaded eggplant and...that's it. Supposedly unlimited alcohol but there is no way you'll get enough served at your table to be even remotely close to be considered "unlimited" (had two beers and one glass of wine). So decide for yourself if it is worth it. The staff however were amazing, they got the whole place singing happy birthday multiple times throughout the night. The atmosphere was great. However the portions were just too small to justify the cost.

The best of the best! If you are in Williamsburg...or just close...Go and ask for Oscar to take care of you. Cant wait to go back.

Ordered delivery from here for a small party (10 entrees and salads) Food arrived on time, no mistakes, and it was all hot and delicious, with fresh ingredients, and fresh greens. Decent prices too. Person who took my order was a gentleman on the phone. These guys work hard and it shows. Great place!

This is the best Italian food I ve ever eaten!!! Portions are big! Great place for family events and large groups. Can t wait to go again!!!

Only down side it's very loud on weekends. Now, the service is extremely friendly and the food is amazing. Just had our engagement dinner there and they hosted such a good event. They even give some discounts on the bill just to give good service and show their appreciation.

Nice place to go if you have a large party. Just make sure you ask for an early reservation since they get packed quickly by dinner time. You can order a la carte, or your better option is to just go for their pre fixed menu. Not sure if it's worth the extra $10/pp for the seafood option.

All you can drink wines, sangria, and beers. So expect a rowdy crowd, but a good time!

The most fun I've had in a restaurant. Group of 30 people and we all enjoyed the Family Style Dining of delicious food and great and House Entertainment.

Unfortunately they don't honor reservations done online. We arrived and we're put to wait with walk-ins.

Good thing they offer you wine.

Wow...What an experience!!! We were there to celebrate a birthday. Please reservations are highly recommended, especially on the weekend. There is no beers or alcohol other than sangria and wine. Our hostess was a amazing. Valet parking available. Be prepared to use your cloth napkin as a flag jn order to celebrate someone's birthday. They will be whirling in the air...lol. The only downside was it was a bit noisy so it not a romantic type atmosphere....unless loud is romantic to you. Food was delicious. There are two options. One pre fix and the other individual. On my next visit I will like to try the pre fixed...once everyone in my group can agree.
