One thing: horror. My mom, 70 years old, closed her account at the bank two years ago, but the bank still paid her annual fee regularly. When we understood what we were talking about, we filed in writing and personally going to the filing office with a confirmation of the closed account of 2016. Cemu i kome ta ustanova sluzi?
Kasnio sa placanjem zadnjeg racuna i mislio platit u dinersovoj bazi - folnegoviceva 6. Medjutim kod njih nije moguce uplatit njihov racun?
Gospodja na recepciji svojom strucnoscu , ljubaznoscu pa i izgledom nije ni za ukras !!!
Kada sam se vratio sa uplacenom uplatnicom i trazio potvrdu da nemam duga prema dinersu odgovor je bio da je politika kuce takva da potvrdu ne izdaju iduca dva dana!?
Jedina svijetla tocka u toj kuci je mlada djelatnica Ivancic koja se trudi nesto ucinit

With the Diners card, I am most satisfied, with the service over the mobile also, I always get all the important information, the service staff, but when I have to go to pay the bill in the branch office KOMA!
I know that I will be at least 10th in order and that I have to set aside at least an hour. Always only 1 or 2 counters work even though there are 4-5 women behind the counter.
I do not understand very well, is it not a priority to resolve parties to be satisfied and not to wait long? Aren't we the first on the priority list?

Va sam korisnik ve preko dvadest godina i nemam neka velika mjese na dugovanja, a Vi me zblokirate i dr ite mjesec dana u blokadi za vrijeme pandemije za nepodmirene 2.000,00 kn.

Very happy with the Diners card. The conditions are more than good. I see that some complain about the rudeness of the staff. For example, I have very positive experiences. Like any card, it should be used rationally and wisely. This year, somewhere at the beginning, I paid for the vacation and took it in a couple of installments via the Diners card. As Corone appeared, I decided to cancel the vacation. I wrote a request and Diners returned the full amount to my account. First they told me that I would have that amount on my card and that I was overpaid with them. I still wanted to kind of cash it out to me. I thought there would be tensions with them. But I sent a request by e-mail and within 24 hours they paid the full amount into my account. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Diners and I definitely recommend it

They found a way for me to figure out how best to cut the card. Abolished the office, they do not answer the phone, they contact customers from high (I can not claim that they are all, but only those with whom I have communicated in the last 4 months).

ekanje na prvog slobodnog operatera trpjeli smo preko sat vremena te prekinuli vezu, zbog "GUBITKA KARTICE". Radi se o Diners Club International kreditnoj kartici. Pretpostavljam da su ba taj dan svi korisnici pogubili diners-ove kartice, pa nismo nikako, ni nakon jo poku aja od nekih pola sata mogli do i do prvog slobodnog operatera. Da postoji ocjena nula "0" tako bih ih ocijeno ja. Ina e ovo nije jedini problem s njima. Neljubazno osoblje, blokada pod "lock down-om" zbog pandemije korona virusa, itd.... u as. Izbjegavati u velikom luku.
Korisnik sam preko 25 godina biv e zlatne kartice, sada Visa Platinum kartice. Oni te bar obavijeste kad si du an otplatiti dug, a ne diners bez ikakvog upozorenje kada nisi smio iza i iza eteri zida na zrak.

Diners card is a fantastic card. I have had it for over 15 years and I can say that I do not need any other card with these conditions of use. All those who are not happy with Dinersic, I don't think they understand the concept and possibilities of using this card. Gentlemen, read it and study it. There is currently no card in Croatia other than this card that you can use without paying an annual membership fee (pay it off with a bonus), buy it at 24 installments without interest and without fees. And you still get a discount on that in-store payment. No matter where it still is .. And as far as the office is concerned, I have never been to it or needed it. Everything goes online .. Dear Diners, I have been alive for another 1000 years!
