The appraiser went out into the field and then for the next month and a half we could get absolutely no information about the case! When I call them they don't have and can't give any information and they don't answer emails! Three months have passed and we are still waiting for their sublime answer !! Terribly ugly and unprofessional !! Definitely the kind of insurer that is wonderful when it comes to taking money, but when it needs to be given it is not on the map !!
