We've retained them for about 3 months so far. Genuinely disappointed with the quality of services provided considering how much money we spent on them. Got the basic package plus social media. They've underperformed on many, many different fronts but the nastiest has to be their salesmanship. They don't understand the scope or features they're selling but they are always ready to say "yes, yes, yes." Some of their salesmanship has cost us thousands more dollars than we budgeted for. There is no accountability at this company! You're one of a million clients and it really feels like it!
