Why were the (sealed) bags of "spaghettoni" pasta nunero 107 poor in 05/05/2022 full of black insects?

You can find it at the coop masquerade with coop blooms. Pasta of Gragnano I. G. P.
It is however very good. Hoping that it is not the waste of the aforementioned brand.
