Visited for the first time after recommendations from family. It did not disappoint! Sam was the perfect host, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! On top of that the wines were fantastic. Definitely a 'must do' if you're visiting the Barossa.
Would have to be my favourite winery. I had arranged a bus tour and Kies winery and the Monkey Nut Cafe was our first stop. As usual the service was friendly, love the cafe and gift shop. At the Wine tasting we were lucky enough to get Sam again and you can always expect a laugh, as well as good wine tasting. Love the wine here, would highly recommend this winery and the cafe.,

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Sam the cellar door Manager is great. What he doesn't know about wine is not worth mentioning. And the wines are pretty good to boot. The Port is also fantastic. If you are in the Barossa Valley don't miss this place because if you do then you will be sorry. Six out of five stars.

Visited this winery on Sunday and met Super Star Sam, great bloke that makes you feel welcome and could probably do stand up comedy. Knows a lot about the grapes and making of wine etc. The winery itself is beautiful, a much nicer feel than the more commercial ones in the area. The wine is also amazing
The sparkling red, merlot and fortified wines were delicious and very reasonably priced too. definitely recommend stopping in for lunch at their monkey nut cafe as well - I ordered the Haloumi burger with a beef pattie added and its gotta be one of the best burgers I've had in years!
Absolutely superb. Meg was the epitome of good humour and hospitality- possibly the most fun we've ever had at a cellar door! If you think you don't like fortified wines, this place will change your mind. If you think you don't like visiting cellar doors, this place will absolutely change your mind!
Love this place, so friendly. Great conversation with Sam, beautiful wine. Took some home to Melbourne for a friend and she loved the wine.
