I had a super top notch A+ experience with Mike and his staff the tent looked superb the customer service was impeccable I used the tent for my Thanksgiving celebration and I was so happy with the way things went I used it again for Christmas celebration.. I have very very high standards and I cannot believe that Party line tent rental exceeded thumbs up see you next year.

Worst experience. Awful service! never use this company. Look for the damage waiver fee 10% of bill automatically charged. They will not mention it. And, they have no remorse it. You have to initialize it to have it removed. Also, terrible service. Half the times phone lines don't work and the girls at the reception are don't know what they are doing.

I used Party Line rental for my reception Andrea Malcolm is the glue that is holding this business together very professional, and cater to your needs. I would have gave them 5 stars but I had a bit of a problem with the tent and when I went to discuss the situation the manager in the back room was shouting at the top of his lungs "NO WAY IN HELL" regarding to me and my problem. It was very off putting and other customers in the show room was also turned off by it. The tent was beautiful and I would use them again because of Andrea, she made my special day elegant and stress free.
This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any business I have worked with. Customer service was beyond HORRIBLE and the man who owns the business is not helpful or considerate. Our tent was ruined in a wind storm and the business would not even take a trip out to try to fix/look at it or provide any sort of refund, all he did was threaten to take me to court. I will never use the business again and strongly recommend anyone to look elsewhere.

I ve used Party Line Tent Rentals for large events as well as small. They never say no and can do whatever is needed to make your event successful. I rented Playland Amusement Park for a weekend corporate event with thousands attending. We setup large tents in the parking area as the event was very large. Buses from off site parking, catered food, extra rides, bands and performers, etc. and the owner never said never or cant do. It was a huge success. I also had smaller intimate events and it was the same ken-do as the owner name is Ken and always Ken-do! I also use the sister company WTR tool rentals and again Ken-do attitude. Last year I needed 3 variable traffic message signs and Ken got another sign (so not to say no) as he had only 2 available initially. You won't go wrong.
The only reason we went to Party Line is because the company we've used before, Alperson Party Rentals, apparently, retired. Hoping to get the same service we know from Alperson's, we went to the Party Line showroom for my soon to be sister in-law's wedding. We are both in customer service and have certain expectations with any business. We were met with substandard customer service at Party Line. You only have one chance to make a good first impression and they blew that right quick.
Upon entering the showroom there is an extremely loud bell that sounds when someone opens the door. A door with a sign taped to it requiring masks to be worn inside. Wearing our masks, we walked well into the space before anyone noticed us, then we were met by a representative without a mask on. Between the sound of the bell and when we were noticed, she had plenty of time to put a mask on before greeting us. We all stood a safe distance away with our masks on. When asked to put on a mask, the representative was rude and defensive stating she was just going to put one on. Which she never actually did and sent someone else to speak with us instead. With the current state of the world, no one in a business establishment who works directly with people should be without a mask at any point. It's just common sense and common courtesy. We're in a pandemic, people!
Then the person who was sent to help us in place of no mask lady, wore her mask only covering her mouth. We should have walked out then but this was our first outing and our first rental company stop and we all six gave up a Saturday afternoon to be there. And I think we all thought it couldn't get any worse. We were wrong.
Half mask lady was dismissive, condescending and at one point in the middle of talking to us decided to talk to a guy who walked in about his shorts. She was literally mid-sentence.
She rejected looking at pictures the bride wanted to show her of the theme she had in mind, told us she didn't need to learn our names and ignored questions we had about a discounted package option they showed on their website. This was all before we were given the egregiously overpriced estimate with items on it we hadn't even discussed and she spent more time pushing the extras than the things we really needed.
Overpriced, rude, unprofessional. As much as the bride liked some of the items we saw, we would never give our business to Party Line Tent Rentals and neither should anyone else. They really need to reassess their practices.

This company failed to provide what was promissed. I paid for the rental of tent, chairs and tables. Days later I got a call, informing me that they will not be able to bring the chairs. If I wanted the chairs I need to bring them myself. The charges for the delivery was going to remain the same. I was left with a very difficult situation. I just got a "SORRY" But if I was willing to pay another $40.00 they wil find somebody to do the job. Hope others learn from my experience. Shop around. Fortunatelly, I found another company that not only was cheaper but will give more chairs and a buffet table plus lights.
