Lullaby Nanny Share Review

As a nanny working with Lullaby Nanny Share, I could not speak highly enough of Nadine & her team. They went out of their way to find work for me when I arrived to Sydney. Any issues or queries I had, they were very prompt to answer them and there is excellent communication between all parties. All the families I have dealt with thus far have been very pleasant also. I am enjoying working with Lullaby Nanny Share and would recommend them highly.

Lullaby have found me my last 4 nannies - one of them with us for 2.5 years, two for a year each, and one as a placeholder for a few months. I gave them a tight brief and they came back to me with a short list of candidates and helped me coordinate times for interviews. In each instance over the last 4 years they have come through with an impeccable candidate every single time. They care about our family and have come to know us so well over time. I ve recommended them to lots and lots of parents who are time poor and need to sift through candidates quickly to find the best possible carer for their children. Highly recommend Lullaby!

The family I work with are great and i feel like I am part of the family which makes it so comfortable for me when I go to work every day! This agency is terrible, they are very unprofessional and are not a support network at all like an agency should be. I would NOT reccomend using them to find nanny work.

We've used lullaby nanny share a few times while my husband was overseas, and they have sent really great nannies who my daughter loves spending time with. This weekend they proved just how much of a lifesaver they are when I fell ill. Within a couple of hours of my phone call on Easter Sunday, the wonderful Kelly was at my home ready to take care of my toddler daughter for the whole day. Thanks guys!

We just had our first child 6 weeks ago and needed a Mother s Help. Lullaby sent us a fantastic Mothercraft nurse to help us through the night. We have now booked her 4 times. My wife has been able to sleep through the nights, which has since been tough. I did think that the price was on the higher end however we have a newborn and were needing someone more skilled and experienced moreso than a babysitter. We will continue to use their services. I appreciate the personalized working relationship Lullaby has established with us and with their staff as well. One detail, for example, they have always protected and respected the privacy of both us and the nanny who works with us.

After trying to source my own nanny, I felt I needed help. I called Lullaby who sent me 5 great candidates. We made our choice and now have a wonderful nanny. The agency manage everything for us which makes life easier. Our nanny Leah was sick on 2 occasions and they sent me a replacement nanny which was extremely helpful to us. All round great service!

I used the emergency nanny service to look after my little 12 month old across the weekend. They were very quick to help organise a nanny and the nanny they sent Emma was lovely. My daughter loved her and she was very professional. She followed her routine, prepared her food, got her down for naps, played games with her and cleaned up after all her meals. She even sent photos and texted me across the day for reassurance.

When I signed up with Lullaby Nanny share, my experience was very positive. I had shown interest in a Nanny share arrangement for a baby boy and girl.
Within Days I was shortlisted and both families were happy to employee me. Fifteen months later I am still with both families. I am getting on great and love my job. If I needed any assistance or support from lullaby staff it was only a call away. I also got rewarded twice for Nanny of the month. A little appreciation goes a long way. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for employment.

I have used Lullaby Nanny Share for both on going and temporary nanny bookings. The ladies in the office are nothing short of amazing listening to all of our families needs. They have delivered every time. The nannies they have booked have been excellent. They have taken amazing care of my 3 children and gone above and beyond my expectations! I use Lullaby for a lot of casual and babysitting bookings for my 3 boys. Sometimes when they are sick and can t go to childcare or if we need an evening babysitter we always book with Lullaby.
We have had Amy and Kelly help us so many times, that having a choice of two really great nannies who genuinely adore our children has been so helpful for us.

I would always highly recommend Lullabys if you're looking for child care. They are reliable, professional and really spend time finding the right person to work with your family. Giving you extra time to sit down with you and work out what you're looking for, going over everything that is important to you. I was very nervous because you're leaving your precious children with strangers and I've never used a nanny service but after my meeting with Nikita, those nerves went away. It was like having a cuppa with a family member, she knew exactly what our family needed. We've been lucky enough to have Lauren for almost a year and she is without doubt the best thing that has happened to us. As a mother who is trying to start my own business, leaving my girls with Lauren is like having a second me around the house! Ive been a casual nanny for Lullaby on many occasions and they have been great to work for. They have only ever paid me minimum $27p/h and $30 for night time work. The families they have put me with, have been so lovely. I highly recommend this agency.
