I wont say much, but once I had some simple issue...

I wont say much, but once I had some simple issues that took them more than 3 weeks to sort it out, and it has been done by what they called it one man show, beside the unexperienced, poor skilled workers who would show up at your door step with no sufficient tools or equipments, I knew that I would face hard time with them and it was..
I will make sure that I dont deal with them again in the future, they have few advantages which is nothing compared to the negative points..
Isnt that the case with many services companies?
I hope I would witness a real revolution in this field someday soon ..

Worst company ever, unfortunately our community has a contract with them... never replying to emails, absolutely never picking up their phone, don t understand English and i can keep going on...
I had send, not joking, 10 emails before they replied! The water pipe above the ceiling is leaking and coming throught the ceiling plates, it has now come so far the paint and plates are coming from the ceiling, but still nobody came...! And it is like this with every problem. So please if you have the choice, pls do not use this company!!

Duserve would be a good company providing good services but some of their staffs are badly behaved and thieves disguising as security guards, my own experience! a security guard called Renju who s a serial drinker pretends to go searching rooms for those with alcohol, whatever he finds he confiscates and go enjoy himself! He even has nerve to enter rooms without occupants, I lost my money and he had entered my room, such ruthless gullible man.

Please think twice, If you take any place where Duserve provides chilled water and ac service. The management including the customer service is nothing but people who just don't want to take any action other than telling you that soon they will reach.
My ac is not working from almost a week now and I sent 4 emails, apparently they found out that I have a problem on my second email. The apologised and said soon they will approach me, then I sent another then I sent another email. Total of four emails sent each from myside but nobody bothered to have my problem resolved.

I am very disappointed with this company , Payment...

I am very disappointed with this company , Payment processing is too delay. and we cannot communicate with any one regarding payment issue. So i am suggesting to don't do any subcontract work with Deserve FM.
