Our kids have been patients of Dr. Smith for over 9 years, since our first child was born. I cannot imagine another pediatrician's office being able to compare to the level of care and service we have received from her and her staff. This has been especially important, having children with chronic conditions that require additional medical management. Some of the things we value most about the practice are NO WAITING FOR APPOINTMENTS (she doesn't even have a waiting room!!), extended time for sick visits (30 min) and well child visits (45 min-1 hour), phone and email consults (with the doctor herself) that reduce office visits, extremely prompt responses to questions (most often from Dr. Smith), patient education, and staff who are absolute angels. I feel like all of the staff really KNOW my kids. One of the things that I love the most about Dr. Smith is how respectful she is of my "crunchy" tendencies, even though she may not agree. As I said, we cannot imagine another pediatrician's office providing the kind of care we have received from Partners in Pediatrics.
