My daughter has a flat in Harbour Lodge currently managed by PS&B. During the storms the fascia and guttering was damaged and needed replacing. The matter was dealt with by Mr Harvey Gee who kept her updated on the situation , as soon as was safely possible due to weather the guttering was replaced without fuss. My daughter was pleased with the service provided and wishes to thank Mr Gee.

Leading up to the viewing I had professional exchanges with Ellie by email. She responded quickly and was very friendly. The day of the viewing my husband and I walked 45 minutes to the flat. When it was time for the viewing and nobody came I checked my phone to see a missed call 40 min. earlier. I phoned back and it was the agency. The man on the other end of the phone was short with me and said he tried calling several times and left a voice mail, but the flat was no longer available. I did not have a voice mail and only had the 1 missed call 40 min. before the viewing. It was extremely frustrating as I am pregnant and wasted a lot of time for my husband and I to walk 45 min. to/from the flat. I appreciate the man from the agency said he tried to call, but it was unprofessional to cancel so last minute and then to claim he called several times and left a voicemail when that was clearly not the case according to my phone records. If you use this agency I recommend you stick with Ellie.

I am very disappointed with this company, they are responsible for communal heating for our building, which heats all our flats, despite many attempts to get a proper explanation, they have not given me any good reason why the heating was not switched on for 9 days. Now one of their electrical contractors managed to switch it off and can t switch it on again. Absolutely brilliant. They charge a lot of money and do not offer the level of service expected for it. Simply not up to scratch.
UPDATE: So, I never received a proper an explanation, just them moaning about the heating engineers and vice versa. The heating engineers say Parsons are awful with communications and that is the problem.
Now Parsons have imposed an over-the-top parking scheme without any consultation of all residents. The parking had been fine bar a few exceptions of people, which should have been dealt with amicably, instead they impose a draconian like it or lump it scheme without any negotiations. Also they get in tradesmen to fix things who have no idea what they are doing, perhaps the instructions weren't clear - I have seen this first hand. They seem to forget we are living here, and treat us like imbeciles. I see some fake reviews from their mates have appeared, I'm not the only one to spot this - look further for the real critical reviews. We will be looking at replacing them as Right to Manage or another management company unless there is improvement.

PS&B were the best agent I ve ever rented through. Nothing was too much trouble and all maintenance requests were dealt with really quickly. Karen Morris and Jessica Manzi couldn t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend the company to any potential landlords or tenants :)
