I have a custom build that started crashing on me. They helped me out in a huge way and went above and beyond with their customer service! I cannot recommend them enough.

I highly recommend UNI Computer, they are wonderful! I have had them come to my home to resolve an issue, they were fast and professional. I just brought my desktop tower in with a problem and they fixed it right there within 5 minutes. Happy to have them as a Lawrence business.

When I walked in, Kristen at the front desk stood up and greeted me with a sincere smile. She answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me every reason to come to UNI for my future computer needs.

I have always been pleased with their service. I have used them to fix other computer issues in the past. They are very knowledgeable and fair. Recently, I took an older computer in which would not power up. They diagnosed it quickly, but unfortunately the computer is too old to repair. I will definitely be taking the computer back there to transfer my files onto a new machine or to storage.

We have purchased multiple computers from them over the past few years, as we're not inclined to build our own. Each computer was great and they are extremely easy to work with. I'm having them create a new one for us right now, actually.

I first enjoyed the service of Lance Keltner when he was a college kid working at this same shop. Since then he bought the business and expanded its scope. That was about 20 years ago and he has been my go to guy ever since. I was on his UNICARE+ service since it first opened, but when I retired, in an attempt to shave my budget, I left the service. The thing is, my computer did not care that I had retired and I kept needing expert service and advice. It turned out that it was for less expensive to have the advantages of UNICARE+ than to do it piece meal. He and his team are S000000 good at what they do and they do not like defeat - persistence is in their genes.

Uni has a great friendly staff and amazing service. They always have the hardware and supplies I need and it's always been a pleasant experience shopping here. By far the best local computer shop around!
