After having my own issues dealing with Parr Ford ...

After having my own issues dealing with Parr Ford fixing vehicles in a timely manner that are under warranty, we have a friend who's vehicle has been there for two weeks.

Parr took took 6 days (4 business days) to diagnose, and another 4 days to actually order the new engine.

At this point the vehicle warranty will not cover more then 10 days of rental fees. Oh, and the best part all is out of pocket until warranty sends a check. At this point Parr says if engine arrives, it will take another 4-6 days to install, and 20 hours of actual work.

You would think a big dealership like this would be able to better understand how warranties work, and make that work a priority so individuals are not out of pocket when things like rentals go beyond what is covered.

I just leased a brand new car thanks to the excellent help of Stephen Clark. He was amazingly helpful and super patient with me! I appreciate the time Stephen took helping me find the perfect car for me. He never tried to put me into a car he knew I wouldn't like. This was the best car buying experience ever! Thank you, Stephen!

This company is full of scavenging lying sharks. my last experience (16Dec14) the manager mac had taken my car keys to get us a trade in value for our car, then took our registration. the company then let us drive 3 days without a registration certificate in our vehicle. on the 3rd day their management called and told us they had our registration and asked us about a car we were looking at. this company will not be receiving any business from any friends or family of mine. horrible experience.

I took my husband's truck in to get the AC High-pressure inlet fixed. I had to wait for two hours, and when the guy finally got back to me he said it would cost almost $600. I said I would wait for my husband to get home from sea and ask him what he thought. Then they tried to change me a $50.00 diagnosis fee. I said why would I have to pay that, I already know exactly what is wrong with it. I still had to pay $20.00 to get my truck keys back!! I felt taken advantage of. Especially since I can buy the part for $150.00 Not happy!!!! I will not be going back here for any reason!!

Was the utmost pleasant buying experience ever. I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX 3 from my nice and knowledgeable salesman Ray. I had a pre approval from my bank, the talented finance manager Clayton not only got me a drastically better rate through Kitsap Credit Union, I was also able to get an extended warranty and lower my payment. Very happy with everyone here and would highly recommend checking them out when car shopping in the future

5 Stars! Our experience purchasing our new 2014 F150 Super Crew was fantastic. Our salesman Clay did an amazing job working with Mac and Mike they all made the sale possible. We thank them for their professionalism and their desire to meet our needs.

Terrible. I tried to buy an Escape from these guys through Costco but they wouldn't provide the pricing and answer questions that's the main reason for going through Costco. So I called Costco, got a different dealer a bit further away and bought my car.

But then my 2014 Ford Escape Platinum Edition died after 3 days and I thought (hoped) that Parr's service would be better. Short answer is no, it's worse.

Long story short, my car was down for 11 days while they took three days with it in the shop before they could look at it, then when they found out Ford had a big parts backlog problem they didn't try anything to get past it, I had to get on the phone to find they only part that was available in the country (and it was in Kentucky) and then gave the phone number and other info to the Parr parts guys so they could do their job, get it, and then fix the car.

When I left they (apparently) didn't even have my car in their computer system as they couldn't give me the final paperwork for my records as I left. I actually got a "sticky note" from the service rep for my "paperwork" for 11 days of downtime and no work order number. Not sure what this was all about but I'm 64 and have never in my life seen such an unprofessional setup. Were they somehow gaming Ford's service records??? No idea.

And then, as I relied on cabs and didn't have a rental car for the 11 days, I asked them to reimburse my $106 expenses, far less than they would have paid for a week and a halfs rental car. They refused. And cheap to everything else.

Don't go here. Try anywhere else. I certainly will.

One star. Sales person was very friendly (like he should be). I rated so low because we were then handled by the sales manager and he was very pushy. Low balled me on my vehicle by $6000 trade in value and try selling me a vehicle that had options I did not want. After telling him multiple times that I did not want these options, he then told me to take it off and sell it on ebay. Rude! I was treated very poorly by the sales manager. Then in response to not making a deal I said I would return during hold-overs. Actually will not be returning to this dealership. That sales manager gave ford a bad name. I love ford but will no longer shop at that dealership.

I called a week in advance to make an appointment before I left town for a simple oil change. They were mostly booked at times that worked best for me, but I made an appointment for a time that would still be sufficient. When I walked in the door I was not greeted by the employee at the desk even though I assumed I needed to find a service desk, I had to ask. When I got to the service desk my appointment was not in the computer. The employee here thought it was appropriate to ask me if I was late, after I walked up and stated the time of my appointment. (I understand that you deal with people. And people make mistakes including forgetting the time of their appointment.) I was told to speak with another employee who was not in their office so I waited a few minutes. They told me that they would be able to work me into their schedule, that there would be about a half hour wait before they could start my car and I would be there about two hours total. Since it was going to be longer than expected, I needed to run a quick errand. I was told to pull back into the service entrance when I returned. Again I waited for an employee to start paperwork. (45 minutes after my appointment time) Once my car was on the schedule I watched it pull into the service garage and then I waited. And waited. And waited. I finally got called to the cashiers window after closing time. For a grand total of 3 hours 25 minutes for an oil change after being told 2 hours.
I will be making a drive to another dealership for future service.

I wanted a No Hassle Deal and Hyram delivered. My Fiance' is not too fond of car dealerships in general, So he made this one a very pain free experience. I would like to take this time to complement Hyram and the staff that helped put the deal together. Very Professional, Great Product, Great time. Thanx for making our Christmas Bright. Ok I understand car salesman are always pushy but these two guys were just rude. They weren't "listening" to the exact car we were asking for, it was a Mazda3 sgt hatchback 2014, instead they kept pushing the sedan version on us. Finally after 20 minutes of insisting we wanted the hatchback version they "searched" for one and supposably there were NONE within six states of us. Ok fine, we then agreed to purchase the same car just 2015 version. we were told they would have to ship one out to us but we would have to put $1,000, okay fine, but when the day came for the car to arrive, the car somehow was unable to be shipped. that same day we searcherd for our original car choiuce and there WAS ONE in Lynnwood. so not only were they rude they lied to us and took our money.

Update! Thanks to Frank Hart - we ended up buying another car from them! I know - I said not to go there - but thanks to Frank Hart - he worked hard for us again - and we bought a beautiful Mazda CX-9. Had it not been for him - and HIS amazing customer service we wouldn't have done it. So - if you are looking for a Ford or Mazda - go see Frank Hart at Parr Ford & Mazda!!!

We bought a used 2006 Ford Truck from them on May 8th. We were told - I specifically asked - when we would get the registration and title for the truck. The man in the credit department said it would take 3 weeks for the Registration and longer for the Title. As of today - 4 weeks later we had not received it. I called and asked when we could expect to get it and was told by the lady who does it that the paperwork hadn't even been filed yet - and that she would "try" to do it this week or next! I told her - that I was upset that it hadn't been done and she said they didn't have the title for it! I asked to speak to a manager and was given to the controller - Lori L. This lady was not nice at all - very condescending - she said, "You bought a used vehicle". She continued to tell me that I didn't understand the laws regarding buying a used car! DO I NEED TO KNOW THE LAWS TO GO BY WHAT I WAS TOLD???

She continued to be very impolite - like I was an inconvenience to her. I said to her - let me speak to your manager - I don't like your attitude about this. She said that they weren't available - and that I was harassing her!!

She refused to give me her managers name - and said she was hanging up because I was being rude!! I called back to get a managers name - and the receptionist put me right back to her! I told her - I told the receptionist that I didn't want to speak to her and she said, "You don't run our company"!!!! Literally!!! I am sooooo mad! We had planned on buying a brand new Ford Edge within a month - and I can promise you - we won't buy it from them! I wouldn't give them any business that might keep her employed!

I hope a Mr. Parr or the General Manager calls me back regarding my experience with this woman! I know there are plenty of people out there looking for a job that would be much better at Customer Service! Or at least I hope so if anyone goes there to buy a car!

BUYER BEWARE: If you buy a used car - or even a new one from them - make sure they have the title to it!
Ask to see it!!!

OK! We swore we would never go back to Parr Ford Mazda. However - we heard that Mazda was offering 0% Interest on new cars. The Mazda CX-9 was one of the ones we were looking at - so I decided to stop in and just see the car. When I arrived - our original salesman - Frank Hart was there. I told him what had happened to us - and he apologized. I told him that I was there just to look at the Mazda cars - and he showed me a car that had just been traded in - a almost new CX-9 - about 8 months old!! He showed me such great customer service - again - and really worked with me on the deal - so I agreed to buy it!

Since purchasing that car - and working with Frank even after the sale - I am very happy with him!! He is a great salesman - very honest - and hard working!

So - if you are looking for a new or used Ford or Mazda - I strongly suggest going in and seeing Frank Hart! He's amazing!!
