Not only can you get your usual office supplies - there is a huge art section, gifts and beautiful cards. And they offer large format printing.

Good help, i needed somethingprinted off my phone, iwas in and out in 5 mins

The staff at ParksWest are incredible. I had an emergency printing and binding job that they pulled off within a half hour. I sent them the file by email, called them and they had everything perfect and ready for printing right when I needed it. I would strongly recommend their printing services and would use them again in a heartbeat.

K can't tell you how much I love this place and today's been only my 2nd day

When I was getting some photocopies done I was told by the guy working at the computer desk that they price matched. When I went back to pick up a computer part the manager of the computer Department told me that they did not price match and the other employee misinformed me. They then sold me a part that was 4 years old and charged me 25% more then the up to date part costs that I could have bought in Nanaimo. When I brought this to the attention of the manager I was told "I don't care you don't have to buy it" if you don't mind buying 4 year old parts at a 25% markup this at the store for you. This review is about the computer section only the photo copying and faxing department is excellent at this store.

Parkswest has been doing all of our printing for a number of years and we have always been very pleased with thier work. The staff is very friendly and helpfull (especally Kate she is always very cheerful). Thanks again for all of your help, keep up the good work. Coombs Country Campground

Fabulous service!! LOVE the $60 prepaid card for 1000 photocopies. Way cheaper than the big box stationary chain in Nanaimo. Plus you cant beat the friendly service. If you live in Parksville/Qualicum Beach check them out!!

Efficient and willing to take on unusual print jobs.

My screen of my notebook went dead after a small mishap. I took it to Parks West in the morning and based on their advice I decided to let them do a diagnostic. When I returned in the afternoon the screen was replaced and my notebook up and running again! Thanks a lot guys for the excellent and speedy service! Keep up the good work!

This handy little shop is located just down the street from our business and it is wonderful to have. We frequently stop by to pick up last minute must haves (like till tape and staples). We also get our prints done and the quality is quite good. They have a wonderfully quick turn around when it comes to flyers and brochures and have helped us out in a pinch several times.

I really like this place, they try real hard. They always seem to really try to be relevant. They aren't an old original shop in Parksville that has the same sets of twin size white sheets and bags of socks. They have cool photo developing machines, they have beautiful picture frames. Their school and office supplies are quite sufficient, and they have lovely selection of journals, notebooks and day planners.
Their electronics department is pretty cool and they get some cool retro and modern systems and toys .
I enjoy going there and I always find what I need.

Super friendly and helpful staff! This store has everything you could need and they are priced reasonably. They save us a lot of gas because we don't have to go into Nanaimo for shopping.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I printed some pictures on their Kodak machine and the quality was very poor. When I asked the clerk if I had to pay for it; the clerk hunched his shoulders and said yes. I said the quality is very poor and again just shrugged his shoulders. When we discussed further he just continued to shrug his shoulders. When I paid and mentioned a sorry would be nice he only then apologized. I didn t expect my money back but I do expect some sort of help to resolve the issue. Poor service.

PARKSWEST? Love it! As an artist and teacher, I relish any excuse to visit the place.
I went in one day looking for a special eraser. An eraser! Then without question three or four employees were quick to search until it was discovered and my problem was solved.
They had to order them in as a special order and just called me at home today to say they are ready for pick up.

I left my computer there, with a pleasant fellow, Brian, for some problems and also left a GPS for a small repair. It took about three weeks for the GPS repair to be done. One of the computer repairs was done but the other one wasn't. I found out how to do it on Youtube and repaired it myself. Bottom line is after being charged in excess of $150.00, I'm not impressed with the quality of service, workmanship or price. Would I return there for more computer repairs....no!

I love my Cat! I have been a customer for years. A little pricey, but these guys do amazing things.

We had some custom printing done for the business and I have to say it was such a great experience. From the customer service to quick pickup. Upon pick up we noticed they weren't "perfect" so they reprinted them that day. Can't say enough about getting all our printing needs taken care of at Park West.

They have anything and everything for office, school, computers and if they don't have it...they order it for you. My go to place for all my printing needs, stationary. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and everyone seems to have a friendly smile. Makes shopping there so comfortable. Highly recommend.

The store owner is a criminal. They shipped a computer of mine to Oregon , they packed it very poorly and it broke on its trip. It was not packed properly and there was direct evidence of it. I had to threaten to sue him because he didn't want to take responsibility for it. He does not value his customers. All he cares about is getting your money. The second he has your money he will not look after you. His name is Kevin and he can not be trusted. His prices on everything are a rip off anyways. You can save so much money by going to staples. Do not support someone who is so rude to his customers.......

Needed to set up a new Office and wasn't sure what would work in terms of my office set in relation to desks and book cases. Kevin came in several times to make sure that he had the best set up for me and then installed and I LOVE it!
