Very disappointed with the customer service. I printed some pictures on their Kodak machine and the quality was very poor. When I asked the clerk if I had to pay for it; the clerk hunched his shoulders and said yes. I said the quality is very poor and again just shrugged his shoulders. When we discussed further he just continued to shrug his shoulders. When I paid and mentioned a sorry would be nice he only then apologized. I didn t expect my money back but I do expect some sort of help to resolve the issue. Poor service.
