When I was getting some photocopies done I was told by the guy working at the computer desk that they price matched. When I went back to pick up a computer part the manager of the computer Department told me that they did not price match and the other employee misinformed me. They then sold me a part that was 4 years old and charged me 25% more then the up to date part costs that I could have bought in Nanaimo. When I brought this to the attention of the manager I was told "I don't care you don't have to buy it" if you don't mind buying 4 year old parts at a 25% markup this at the store for you. This review is about the computer section only the photo copying and faxing department is excellent at this store.
