Large room with full-length window on the airport runways. Silent. Very convenient location for those leaving or arriving in Melbourne.

There were cobwebs and a spider. The bathroom handbasin plug was broken. We requested milk and it never arrived. Not worth the price.

The room was ok but I think they rushed when cleaning it would of been 5 star if they put more effort into cleaning.

Over all the dinner was AMAZING.

Ok if you're passing through. The food is overpriced however the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Safest access is from the airport and across the crossing, rather than carpark stairs or lift if you're travelling on your own. Conference set up is fine, coffee has room for improvement. If you have time, catch the shuttle bus from the airport to the city it runs 24/7 or did at the time of this review.

Good location but the room was a bit noisy so
it was hard to get a good sleep for my early flight.

If you've got an early flight out of MEL you want to stay here. Right across from the international terminal. Good deals can be found if you do your research...

The rooms are overpriced but the location is great if you are traveling though.

Nice and quiet, good food. Had an unnecessary problem with not enough beds that was quickly solved.

Easy for find spots due to the navigation system and quite affordable

Good conference venue. Great staff. Convenient location right next to the airport (2 minute walk). Catering was good and rooms were clean.

Expensive for no service. I wasn't even offered breakfast service but guests checking in beside me were. Very poor service.

Not geared up to help people with mobility issues. Parking involved going up and down in several lifts not convenient at all.
Parking spaces near to hotel accessible lifts were reserved for Valet parking only! At $70/night
No consideration given to people with disabilities, reception staff not interested at all just a nuisance as far as they were concerned then tried ro charge again for parking already paid for.
Not impressed wouldn't recommend stopping here

One of the best airport hotels in Australia, great breakfast and is in 1 minute walking distance from the virgin Australia domestic terminal.

Very convenient. Excellent and always go here to get early flights.

There dessert selection is absolutely amazing!
The fruit bowl with hemp seeds is just divine and the sticky date pudding was so yummy!
Make sure you try these out!
Parkroyal please dont remove these off your menu.
Will definitely be coming back again.

Such a good idea to stay overnight before going on a very early flight with 2 kids under 5. So spacious and lovely to start off our holiday. The kids loved watching the planes land and take off.The service was great.

Located within the Melbourne Airport area, the Parkroyal is is classy, handy and pricy.

Decent room and good location but checking in was a nightmare. They charge for credit cards but i asked when i booked and was told no fee for eftpos. They assured me cc fees could be avoided.

However at front desk they tried to tell me they cant do that. I have no issue with leaving credit card details for security but they insisted final payment had to come from the credit card not eftpos

No hotel in the world has such an inflexible system

Very handy for our early flight. Meal was delishous.

Parkroyal was a nice hotel however the carpet appeared discoloured. The lifts were slightly unstable ok take off. Rooms were easy to locate and in good condition. Service was satisfactory, prompt and efficient.

Airport Hotel - say no more. Sad staff and functional rooms with disappointing food.

Perfect hotel for a night before taking off to the next destination. big new rooms, friendly staff, good food and drinks, just 5 minutes to check--in , car return for all big brands in the same building at ground floor, my favorite hotel at Melbourne Airport

Very clean and very comfortable. Stayed for 8 hours during the day - was great to sleep and relax before going on the next flight

Maybe changing the park markers to be more visible(white paint over yellow paint) especially people park there early morning or late night and it's a bit hard to navigate when looking for their cars. And having the feature of "Pay As You Go" and not having to worry about losing a parking ticket was a brilliant idea! Kudos to the smart people who thought of that experience really well! :)

A great idea to stay the night close to the airport before an early flight. That way you can start you holiday much more relaxed. And, the night before you can enjoy a drink or two with a delicious dinner from the bar or restaurant. Highly recommended!

Good choice to stay and miss the traffic.made everything easy. Clean, pleasant staff.

Loved it here, room was great, best place to stay if you have an early flight. Food in cafe bar is great. Highly recommended

Comfy beds Great blackout curtains No aircraft noise

Checked in for 1 night while waiting for next morning flight. Location great for early morning departure. 2 minute walk to Melbourne International Airport. Check-in quick, very attentive and helpful. Standard room fine. Decor a little dated, but clean and comfortable. View from room ok. Only downfall is before the front entrance on footpath there appeared to be loads of rubbish scattered by obviously travellers departing or arriving, although at no fault of the Hotel itself, it definately dampened my first impression. Room service was fast and food wonderfully tasty, well cooked, arrived hot and I thought the price for 2 Mains and a orange juice at $80 was very reasonably priced.

Best hotel in Melbourne, look out for Murray and Jess for the best customer service

Great place opposite the terminal quite expensive though but ok for the night before you fly.

We were at the park Royal for a business meeting. All facilities were top class with no issues whatsoever.

Now... I'm going to ignore the "directly across from the airport" with this review, if you choose to pay inflated prices for this convenience then this review is not for you.

Park Royal I see the prices and think wow this place is flash with its mega presence rising above everything around it, I'm thinking servants in my room to powder my unmentionables, or someone to carry me as my legs left me at the bar.

No just a flat no, reception was friendly but appear to have worked there too long and wanted me not to have chosen this place.

The room.... I don't mind paying for style, for the fare... You could atheist give me a clean carpet? Not here there were holes in the carpet, bed was lumpy, bathroom was aged but clean, TV was not much to talk about, impact it left such an impression I can't even remember what size it was..

No smoking area unless I leave the property.

Food... Enough said there..I mean it was ok, maybe I expected too much.

The mini bar!? Auto bill so don't pick it up to read it, you will be charged. Infact don't open the fridge... Just don't.. It's well stocked I'll say that, but treat me like a thief? With your auto bill? No thanks

The fare needs to half for the state of the room, or simply up your game.

Stayed here one night because it was convenient. Restaurant ESS good otherwise it was a basic hotel room for an inflated rate. Will stay elsewhere next time

Great service at reception and the bar. Very handy for the airport. If you have an early morning flight, super easy to get out of bed and walk across the bridge to the airport. Took me 20 minutes from room to gate, can t say that it is always like that though) rooms are looking a bit dated and scruffy, could do with an upgrade.

Good location but room was a bit tired... Carpet is lifting in corners and there is water damage on the ceiling. Expected more from a park royal.

Location is great, just next to Melbourne airport and easy for convention. Service is good too.

Best beds! Always an amazing night or day sleep. Excellent breakfast buffet and room service menu. Love the views of the runway!
