Ate dinner in the restaurant for father's Day dinner before dad flew out. Expectations weren't high but the food and service were top quality. The dessert tasting plate was particularly good and the rest of my part were equally pleased with their meals.

The BEST way to make your early morning flight...just stay the night here..roll out of bed and stroll into the airport

Staff were very efficient. My room was lovely.
I slept very comfortably. A great place for relaxing before the drive home.

Always a lovely venue. The facilities are great. The food and drink is good and the service is terrific. The toiletries they offer for use are good quality. The surroundings are comfortable and elegant without being over the top.

My sister and I stayed last night, 19th Sept, 2016. We found the Front of House Staff really curt and snooty. Not one bit cheerful like usual hotel staff. We were polite and in a really happy mood, where as they treated us with disdain.

Horrible have to park car in airport parking each time u come and go thru day ..nightmare !! Only fridge in appartment in full off drinks . If u touch u pay for no room for own food ..

I've stayed a coupele of times when my outbound flight was in the very early hours of the morning!
Neat, clean, good service and best of all you can just stroll across to check-in :)

Not entirely soundproof but I'm just picky. Good rooms amd facilities, and you do get good sleep. The rooms smell great, lots of space, great house keeping service, very friendly and helpful staff.

Been here a few times for meetings. Does what it says it will do. Business rings can be a little cold at times

Haven't stayed here as the price was way over the top for a bed for night.

The room is a little dated but a reasonable size, the location is very convenient for the airport and the fitness facilities are good.

The one thing that really lets the hotel down is a significant lack of insulation. You actually have to turn the volume of the tv up to hear it over the sound of planes taking off and landing.

I ve stayed at many hotels next to airports but this is the first where I have a fully immersive experience.

Better prices would be very helpful for guests staying just for traveling domestic or International flights

Parking validation when dining is a great incentive to have going away drinks with friends and family there

The best location & facilities around Melbourne Airport to entertain your family and yourself. Worth for you to pop in. Their friendly staffs will offer something just right for your transit hours or short stay.

Used their gym while awaiting plane. $25 for pool, spa, full gym, showers. Fantastic. Clean.

Well worth the money. Watching the plane activity kept our 2 year old amused. Friendly and efficient staff and the room service meals were delicious.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions assisting my wife to go to meetings here. Their accessible rooms are excellent, as is their general access (aside from the ubiquitous spongy carpets that hotels seem to like). They have great service, excellent restaurant (pricy but with food quality matching the price) and the conference floor works really well.

Miranda is an amazing guest service attendant. Deserves a promotion ASAP. Empathy is a gift, and she got it

We chose for location & convenience of early morning flight, was impressed with sound proofing. Downside was bed extrenely soft (from wear & tear) and considering cost per night, could do with some refurbishment

Was in transit and needed to sleep for a couple of hours. The hotel, situated right next to the terminal, has no such facility - so had to pay for a full night. Not really what I had in mind.

Dinner wasn't available until after my flight departed and the snack bar was not worth the money being charged.

I expect more from the only location next to the airport where people are on all manner of different time-zones with varying needs. It seems this hotel thinks that everyone stays during Melbourne hours, overnight.

So handy to Melbourne Airport, just walk across. Reception not too busy , nice appartments with great beds

Large clean rooms and good staff. A bit expensive, but perfect if you need a convenient place to stay at before an early morning flight.

Rooms are comfortable, modern and well thought out. Have eaten at the restaurant many times and the food has always been very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location with just a short walk to the terminals to catch your plane.

All over fantastic experience! Excellent service, clean and gorgeous rooms, all hours room service and the food was divine for both dinner and buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

Good hotel. Restaurant was good . Very convenient to airport with a shuttle bus. Was a bit on the expensive side both in restaurant and to stay. Rooms could be darker and pillows and bed were quite good.

I was booked in by airline after missing connecting flight.Staff were rude and when One of the other ladies said she was unable provide the$100.00 deposit as it was an unexpected expense, she was given the option of handing over what money she had or find somewhere else. This poor lady had to empty her purse in front of everyone. When I got to my room, the door was propped open & the fridge was open. This was observed by another guest. I absent mindedly shut the fridge then asked for a staff member to come and check it as I didn't want to be charged for something I didn't use. I was told that it didn't need checking as they knew it was full. After my insisting it was opened and 9 items were missing. Only response from manager was to act like I was an inconvenience.
I must admit this is the worse hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in some dodgy places during my travel. Only thing to top it off would be getting charged for the 9 items missing from the mini bar. Guess I better keep an eye on the credit card.

Good hotel, but if you want to spend $300+ on a room you'd get better value in the city centre.
