I had excellent service with the friendliest nicest guys in all of Bloomington Indiana when I stayed at the elite Graduate Hotel which should be a top tourist attraction itself in the state of Indiana. Valets Will and Manny are engaging and personable and hold a great work ethic and treat you as a friend as opposed to a business opportunity. The company is spearheaded locally by Brandon who smiles so big you can see it under that damn mask. Lol. My pleasure to have met them all.

Had stuff stolen out of my vehicle, while it was in valet care. Been fighting a claim for over 11 days now. There not wanting to be responsible for it. There was not forced entry to my vehicle or any damage. The parking attendant, left the gate unattended, which allowed a unauthorized vehicle into the garage that just happen to park by my truck and take things out with damaging anything. Nothing else was messed with in the truck. This vehicle stayed lost in the parking garage for over a hour, before exiting. No one once this vehicle in there.

Truly one of the least professional companies I ve ever dealt with. Used PMC @ Noelle Hotel in Nashville. They damaged my luxury vehicle - even their driver acknowledged this - but refused to take responsibility and ultimately accused me of fraud. Better Business Bureau claim also unsuccessful in achieving resolution. Absolutely shameful behavior from a horrible company. Buyer beware.

I wish you were allowed to give 0 stars. Damage was done to my vehicle while I was staying at the Embassy Suites in Uptown Charlotte. Connor G, the manager, was very unprofessional. When he was trying to "wipe away" the scuff marks over the dents and paint that was took off kept hitting his keys on the side of my car. I have tried dealing with this issues for almost 3 weeks now. I had to call and complain to the hotel for him to even TEXT me about the damage because they tried to tell me it was pre-resisting damage. He texted me three times and I have yet to hear from him again. Not only that, but SEVERAL of the valet people basically were getting paid via cash or Venmo instead of the valet company being paid. Overall very disappointing. The damages need to be fixed and handled in a professional manner.

Terrible experience with them valet parking my Mercedes in Nashville. Car incurred a small dent in the rear passenger door while in their care. We reported it and filed a claim immediately. They denied the claim saying that it didn t happen in their care. Now I have to pay to have it fixed and I paid $80 for valet parking over the course of 2 days.

I stayed at the Graduate in Richmond where the PMC was the valet. The valet damaged my new SUV by backing it up into a wall near the hotel. When retrieving the car from Valet, nobody informed me of the accident on the passenger rear bumper. The door was held open for me on the drivers side to get in and 20 min later, after I reached my destination, I noticed the scratch. When I returned to the valet 2 hrs later I immediately informed them of the situation. They acted like they were going to get it taken care of and I was asked a day later to fill out a form. The claims department denied my claim saying I has left the premises. Even though the valet workers knew the situation, they still declined the claim. Fortunately the hotel stepped in and at least comped my stay but the valet company was unethical in this situation. Unfortunately I'm not surprised they did not do the right thing. I did nothing to deserve them doing that to my vehicle and they did not inform me of the situation when returning to the car. Dishonest.

If you want your brand new vehicle damaged then this is the right company to valet it!!! I utilized this company this past weekend 11sep21 at the Marriott city center in Charlotte NC. I was already uneasy about letting someone drive the vehicle since I just purchased it on that Monday, but valet is the only option at that hotel. When my vehicle was returned to me, there was damage on my driver-side passenger door!!!! One of the tenants created a claim and said I should hear from the company on Monday! It is now Wednesday and I have left numerous messages on their voicemail and emails and crickets!!! This seems very unprofessional and if your company is so busy where you can t return calls or emails where you have that many claims then that is a serious problem!! This has been a real inconvenience and upsetting not knowing when I m going to get my brand new 2021 GMC Yukon repaired!! As long as the Marriott City Center uses PMC for their parking needs I will not be staying there!!! Or if I pull up to any other hotel where I see PMC on the uniforms I m going to be smoking tires out of that place.

My family and I stayed at the JW Marriott in Savannah Georgia where Parking Management Company handles the valet. The valet manager Wesley Clarke was extremely hospitable and welcoming when we arrived. He made sure all of our bags were handled and parked my car right in front of the hotel in a safe location. When we checked out he and his team wished us safe travels and provided chilled bottles of water. Top notch service! Thanks Wesley!
