I called on Labor day weekend when our air went out. I spoke with Ray. He said he has 3 service calls ahead us but that he could make it by 11 PM. He arrived just after 11.and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. After working in 100 degree heat all day, we were so glad to have the air fixed. Great company. Thanks!

My 70-year-old house had a smell in the air. Many years of a tenant using perfume and other cooking odors had accumulated in the AC ducts and rather than replace the 31-year-old unit that is still working well, the service man (Tyler) suggested an electronic filter. He gave me two choices that were spelled out in simple but clear terms for efficiency and cost. I was familiar with the product, knew it worked and had it installed immediately. Feedback from my tenant is that the air quality is improving day by day. They could have sold me on cleaning the ductwork but they did not. I appreciated their promptness, honesty, and great service. Highly recommend!

BEWARE!!!!! Hired them to tell me what was the cause of a water leak coming from my air handler. I was told there was a $99 charge for the diagnostic and a tech came out and told me my pan had a crack causing the water to leak out. I was quoted almost 700 to replace the pan which in my opinion was ridiculously high so I found someone else to change it for 300. After it was changed, there was no crack in the pan but instead the other person found the leak was coming from a missing $1 pvc plug. So, in my opinion either this tech lied and said there was a crack when there wasn t because he just didn t look, or he lied and said there was a crack knowing it just needed a $1 plug just to charge me 700 to make an unnecessary repair. I asked for my $99 to be refunded but was told by Parker Services that there time was worth $99 even if their diagnostic was wrong and I was paying for their expertise. Their expertise cost me an unnecessary 300 that they tried to charge almost 700 for, so beware if you call them to fix a problem they may charge you to fix something that is not broken and be completely fine keeping your money. FYI, I offered to show them the pan they said was cracked to verify it wasn t, but they declined saying it didn t matter and the time they were out there was worth the $99.
Update - I took them up on their offer to look at the pan and refund the fee if there were no cracks. After seeing there were no cracks they agreed to refund the fee.
